Fact of Life

As the murky night continues to spread,
standing on the balcony
I watch the starry milkyway
covering the dark sky;

I wish you were here
standing next to me
holding hands, conversing of pretty things .

Whose wonderful days of

Caring & sharing

Kissing & hugging .

Suddenly confronting the eternal fact

Questioning to myself,
what is it that attracts me to you?
 Why are you always on my mind?

Why I still love you?
Thinking about where I stood,

And where could be

I try to erase you from my mind,
but every time I try to,
you crawl back into my world and fill my mind;

It's so hard to keep smiling

It's so hard to keep moving

And continue hiding the truth.

I don't know why,
there are thousand reasons but have none;

I can't go on like this;
I can't pretend everything is fine,

I can't fight the war,

that has no end.

I just want to be with you  ..
