UTSAV MELA-Giving Festive Feelings All The Time.

               “Great minds discuss ideas, average minds discuss events & small minds discuss people.” This line has  great in depth meaning if one carefully goes through it. The director of Sagu Dreamland Pvt. Ltd. Mr. Jitendra Rathee has uttered the line.Sagu Dreamland conducts ‘Utsav Mela’ all over India.The first Utsav Mela took place at madhuban chowk in Delhi in 1996 & it was a roaring success.From then on its running continuously & successfully all over the country.Uptill now 350 melas have been conducted successfully.Now a days 3 melas are conducted simultaneously in 3 different cities. Stalls are taken by small organisations as well as big corporates like Tata,Reliance,Videocon and other who’s who of Indian corporate.Sagu Dreamland Pvt.               Abhay Sudhakar : How it all started?

              Jitendra Rathee : In 1988 we participated by booking a stall at a fair in Delhi & its success encouraged us to start mela as a whole of our own.In 1996 Utsav Mela had its inception in Delhi & from there we never looked back.

             Abhay Sudhakar : Who are your stall holders?

             Jitendra Rathee : Small organisations as well as big corporates who are high profile names in Indian industry.

            Abhay Sudhakar : In which cities you have conducted mela till now?

            Jitendra Rathee : Delhi,Chandigarh,Indore,Bhopal,Gwalior,Ludhiana.

          Abhay Sudhakar : Is it first time in Bhilai?

         Jitendra Rathee : Yes.Well we have done at Luckhnow also.

         Abhay Sudhakar : How is the response?

         Jitendra Rathee : More than expected.Actually I found that corporate sponsorship trend is missing here.Once that happens whole scenario will change & big houses will start participating.

        Abhay Sudhakar : Do you invite celebrities in every city you conduct melas.

        Jitendra Rathee : Yes. In Luckhnow we invited celebrities like Amitabhji, Aishwaryaji,Amar Singhji & they have come to our mela & graced us. Lot of other celebrities have also come to different  cities where fair is conducted.

        Abhay Sudhakar : It seems that you have good rapport with all these celebrities.

        Jitendra Rathee : Yes.I personally know nearly all the big guns of film industry & they also readily acknowledge when ever I invite them.

        Abhay Sudhakar : Future planning for Bhilai. Will it be a regular feature?

        Jitendra Rathee : Yes, why not. Actually we are planning for a permanent setup.We are looking for land between Bhilai & Raipur to set up  Splash Funpark.If this happens I will be very happy.Our M D respected Satish Raj Deswal will be more than happy.

       Abhay Sudhakar : How is Bhilai & Bhilaians.

        Jitendra Rathee : Very Peaceful atmosphere.I found people very friendly & helpful.Education nodoubt Bhilai has the potential to overtake Kota.I heartily congratulate all the successful candidates of Bhilai in various exams.I take this oppurtunity to thank all the concerned departments of the local administration & every body who co-operated us in conducting the mela successfully.

                 Prithvi Raj Ramani : Namaskar Abhay sir. I did my schoolings & college from Raipur.I did my M.Com from Delhi.Then I did DCA also from Delhi.

                  Abhay Sudhakar : Sir what about your workings?

                Prithvi Raj Ramani : I had the fortune of working with the best names. I worked for Nirulas, Hyatt regency & Maruti. I have also worked in Dubai & West Africa.

                Abhay Sudhakar : How about coming to Bhilai?

              Prithvi Raj Ramani : I came to Bhilai around 1999-2000 & started the Top N Town outlet.

              Abhay Sudhakar : How was the response?

            Prithvi Raj Ramani : Response indeed encouraging. Bhilaians are nice people & very educated.Many Bhilaians used to come to Bhopal so they were already knowing  Top N Town that made our work easier.

            Abhay Sudhakar : How many outlets are there in Durg district ?

           Prithvi Raj Ramani : There are 250 outlets in durg district where all the flavours are available.We are also having counters at Rungta college, Chatrapati Shivaji Engg. college & Shankaracharya college.

           Abhay Sudhakar : What are your  future plans for Durg district ?

          Prithvi Raj Ramani : We are coming up with a manufacturing unit at Borai, durg.The factory & every activity of the factory will be looked after by trained personnels from Bhopal. Most importantly no matter how bulk the order is supply will become easy &  smooth.We will be able to serve the people of Durg district in a much better way.

           Abhay Sudhakar : Any sponsorship programme or philanthropic activity done by you.

         Prithvi Raj Ramani : Time to time we have done such activities in colleges.

                   The girl who worked with Anil Kapoor  in the movie Ladla featuring  in the song  ‘ladki hai kya  re baba…..’ & also in the serials like Shaktimaan, Saat Phere, Kasauti Jindagi Ki etc was recently in Bhilai,when she came to perform in the Utsav Mela. It was a delight for your ’s truly Abhay Sudhakar to meet her in person. She is extremely talented & she  knows how to carry herself gracefully. Because of her confident & positive attitude now she is getting offers of good movies & lets hope that in future she is going to leave an indelible mark on the entertainment industry.                   Some times back femina Ms. India beautiful smile  Sangeeta Chouhan was in Bhilai.Your truly Abhay sudhakar met her. Really when she smiles one feels that the award went to the very correct person.Her beauty enhances when she smiles.I shook hand with her & complimented for her accomplishment.She opined that her journey was not so easy.It took her  lot of efforts & nodoubt some luck also in pursuit of this accomplishment. I found her not only very beautiful but intelligent also.She aired her views very smartly. She said that internal beauty is more important than external beauty.

SHANI JAYANTI

                  Navagrahas definitely effects human beings,whether anyone believes or not. Every grah plays a role in a person’s life.Among the navagrahas, SHANIDEV is known as the judge. Even today there are no doors or windows in the houses in  Shri Kshetra Shingnapur but still every thing is safe.This speaks volumes about power of SHANIDEV.

                 Recently on 24th of may Shani jayanti was celebrated with great joy & religious fervour, all over India.In Durg district also Shani jayanti was celebrated very religiously.The praachin Shani Mandir in ganjpara durg was the centre of attraction.All the religious rituals were observed.Abhishek was done then havan was done.Evening time was very grand time.After poojan etc. mahabhog was distributed to huge number of persons.After taking darshan of SHANIDEV & attending poojan, havan etc. & after taking mahabhog every devotee felt very happy & blessed.

                 Anuj Choudhari : Thanks Abhay Sir.Rigourous studies of nearly 4 hours daily with some energy enhancing breaks in between was my strategy.One should never feel monotonous while studying is the key factor. More over Iam highly indebted to teachers of DPS Risali Bhilai for their never ending support & guidance.

                 Abhay Sudhakar : You have immense faith on……..

                  Anuj Choudhari : ..Maa Durga. Jai Mata Di kahane se hi  sab  aasaan ho jata hai. Undoubtedly Jagat Janani ki aseem kripa hai.

                 Abhay Sudhakar : Very correctly said.I whole heartedly agree.Now tell us, were you confident of the magnitude of achievement that you just had?

                 Anuj Choudhari : Yes. I was confident of scoring 95% & I got 94.8%. In physics I hoped to score 100 but got 96, it was little disappointing. But on the whole, Iam quite happy.

                  Abhay Sudhakar : What are the reactions of your teachers?

                  Anuj Choudhari : They are very happy.They think that the deserving person got the desired result.I convey my respect to all the elders, teachers & Principal sir.

                   Abhay Sudhakar : What are your future plannings?

                    Anuj Choudhari : After doing my B.Tech I will go for MBA & try to do it from a cream institute.After that I will do my own business.

                    Abhay Sudhakar : Your ambitions……

                    Anuj Choudhari : As I said I want to become a successful businessman. I will not be scared to take risk. Maa Durga’s grace I will try to be industrious & philanthrope.

                 Abhay Sudhakar : Were you confident of achievement of such magnitude?

                 Gaurav lulu : Frankly speaking I was confident of scoring  95% marks.I got 97%  so definitely bit more than expected.God’s grace Iam very happy.

                 Abhay Sudhakar : What are the reactions of your teachers ?

                   Sukhpalji : Namaskar Abhayji, welcome.I was born on 09-10-1942.Born & brought up at Durg itself.I did my schooling from Mahatma Gandhi school Durg.I did my graduation in arts from Govt. Science college durg.After giving some thoughts I entered into transportation business.I came into Tanker’s business with Caltex in 1959-60.Then the business started to grow gradually & I never looked back.Then by the passage of time I discovered that there is lot of scope in chemical transportation in Bhilai Steel Plant.Then I simultaneously came into this business also.Here also I registered good growth.Now Iam having fleet of 37 tankers & this business is still going very well.

                 Abhay Sudhakar : Please tell us about your family.

                Sukhpalji : Abhayji I got married to Devinder kaur on 27-02-1967 in Calcutta.She has been very supportive & co-operative with me. I really feel lucky to have such a nice life-partner. We have 2 sons & 1 daughter.Sons are very hard working.Iam very happy to have such nice helping hands.Actually I purchased this land at Malviya nagar nearly 30 years back.Now my sons also doing very well in managing our business I thought of diversification.I decided to utilise this place & thus thought of entering into hotel industry.Iam very happy to see such a nice  hotel has comeup in this place.Its a matter of joy for every one involved with this project.

               Abhay Sudhakar : Tell us about the hotel.

Here I would like to add that our hotel will do very well in coming years.Iam confident that by the grace of  GURUNANAKDEVJI  I will be able to open some more hotels in the future & thus make a successful chain.My sons are also very talented in business & my work force is also very hard working.So the improvement will  definitely be on.
