Idea Tab A2107A is functional in design and simple. In any visual gimmicks,
the manufacturer has omitted. The housing is made of plastic. The edges of the
tablets are sold silver gray, dark brown, the back is slightly rubberized and
prone to unsightly fingerprints. The same applies for the black display frame on
the front side.

By the thickness of 11.5 mm, the Idea Tab is massive and slightly chubby.
This is for 7-inch tablets but not unusual. The Google Nexus 7 Tablet, which
will be built by Asus, with 11 mm only slightly slimmer. The build quality like.
Pressure and twisting keeps the tablet easily and stand without creaking display
frame and material transitions are clean fitted clearances carried out smoothly.

Lenovo is focusing its budget tablet has a resolution of only 1024 x 600
pixels. This is for a 7-inch tablet in order. Individual pixels are indeed be
seen from an average viewing distance of about 40 cm, but not drop to

In practice, however, a not so good impression. The colors appear despite
glare displays quite faint and weak, which may be due to the cold color
temperature. The result is that image content despite really good contrast ratio
is not nearly as crisp and colorful, so come, as with many other tablets.

Inadequate for mobile applications is also the brightness of only 204 cd /
m², by far does not extend to the manufacturer promised 350 cd / m². Due to the
reflective display using prepared in bright environments but little joy, because
you can hardly see anything on it.

Android 4.0.3 running on the Idea Tab not particularly smooth and jerky when
scrolling through the menus obvious. Not for nothing that many more expensive
units are driven by fast dual-or even quad-core CPUs. The Cortex-A9 processor
has sometimes his love of work and can be a lot of time when launching apps. On
a positive note, however, that there is no time to crashes or hangers.

The benchmark results confirm the picture: In Quadrant benchmark reached the
Idea Tab A2107A 2110 points, which is within the range of favorable base
processors. In Nena Mark 1 and 2, respectively 33.5 18.7 fps can be achieved
which illustrates the limits of the gaming capabilities of the tablet. The
Linpack benchmark with a core 40 MFlops be achieved, which in itself is an
acceptable value. Since the A2107A but only has this one core, the good
single-core performance helps little. The same picture emerges when Smartbench
2012, where the demonstrated capacity Tablet with 1205 points in the
Productivity Index in the series portly Tablets.
