આપણી વચ્ચે કલાકો વાત થાય
તું કહેતો રહે
હું સંભાળતી રહું
ને છતાં
તું કહેવાની વાત કહે જ નહીં
ને મારી તરસ એમ ની એમ….
તારી આંખોના ઊંડાણમાં ઉતરી સમજવા મથું
પણ તું નજર ફેરવી દે…!
ને હું શું સમજુ ને શું નહીં….!!

I worried for my heart,
I cared for my smile
thus I filled for my cart.
then on a turn, I saw you walking by,
my cart hath no gold,
my cart hath no song,
my cart hath no soul,
that could impress thee,
It was then,
I decided to flee,
who was I, just me,
alone, a begger
