Love Bites

The first year of college and living in its hostel is an extremely electrifying experience. We had a gang of eight girls, all from girls' schools that landed in the same women's college (and hostel) in Delhi University. Boys were a far cry from our end as we came from 'Girls' School.' Saryu, a beautiful girl from our gang, was the first to be proposed for a date by Arnav, the most handsome guy in Delhi University.  Our whole gang grew ecstatic. It sounded quite enigmatic as none of us had been out for a date.

Finally, the D-day arrived. Arnav came on his bike and the two love birds left.  Would it be a long romantic drive or a movie or a treat at any of the joints or the boring filmi walk in the garden, were our wild guesses. Not to miss on, what would happen on a date: a peck on the cheek or a kiss or something more intense ? We eagerly waited for Saryu, inquisitive to know about her experience.

We couldn't believe our eyes when Saryu entered the gate. Goodness gracious! She was red and blue with bite marks all over her face, hands and legs ..! "You guys went to this extent on your first date, pretty WILD!" one of us exclaimed. "How was it? Tell us from the beginning." We ushered Saryu to a room and almost charged on her to fill us with all that happened.

 To our disbelief Saryu broke into tears! "What did he abuse you or something?" questioned the most boisterous girl from our group. The atmosphere grew tense and Saryu uttered, "No, Arnav and I were standing under a tree. Arnav lit up his cigarette and the smoke attracted hundred of bees from the bee hive on that tree and bit us all over.

We spent the entire day at the hospital." After hearing this, instead of sympathizing Saryu, we all convulsed into laughter. I don't remember having laughed so much in my entire life. That was indeed a real 'kahani mein twist'. I still laugh aloud whenever I remember Saryu's first date and the LOVE BITES!

The moral of this true incident is: Never smoke on a date.

9.FAV FAST FOOD JOINT- Hmm .Pizza Hut (I don't savour fast food much), Rest I prefer Chor Bizzare, Barista for Coffee and Gelatos for Ice-creams

10.FUTURE CHILD NAME- Already christened- Abhimanyu and Suhani

11.IF HAD LOT OF MONEY- Dunno, pehle aane toh do!!!

12. DO U DRIVE FAST-.Sorry I don't drive. Hope to, next year.. slow slow

13.SLEEP WITH STUF TOY… No stuff toy, I sleep with my little daughter Cheeni (Suhani)
