The course, experienced by 20 million people across the globe, is
beautifully designed, containing ancient wisdom and practices along with
the mind blowing super hit breathing technique originated and derived
by Guruji. My family and I can not express my gratitude in any number of
words. If you have not experience or done the course – Just do it!!! It’s
a six day course – 2 hours each, just 12 hours – not even 0.00% of your
total life; but it’s my guarantee that it will touch and change your life for
the better. I have been introduced to the foundation 5 years back (by my
brother Subbu) and till date I regret that I did not know about the same
    earlier.
Professionally, it’s helped me manage and execute critical stressful
projects and have even been able to improve my soft skills. I have also
found that the foundation does immensely impressive social work for
upbringing of people and have been privileged to be able to contribute
towards social initiatives through the numerous services.

Dear James, First of all reservations only increase the caste divisions. So removing reservations is a step in the right direction. Secondly we need to increase the sense of belongingness among the people. This will remove the manmade divisions among people making us one global family. Thru spiritual knowledge it is definitely possible to increase belongingness. You can see this practically happening in Art of Living. In Art of Living, people of different communities, religions, castes, nations, economic classes come together in celebration and service, as one family, forgetting their differences. Just go to the Art of Living Ashram and you will find this amazing phenomenon.
Lastly any transformation will take time. Something that has been there for thousands of years will take a few decades. Change has just started. Moreover evil can not be completely removed from the society. Look at your own mind. You can not 100% remove the negativity from mind.Society is made of individuals.

  • P James

I have a question for Sri Sri Ravi Shankarji. I understand the difficulties and dangers of caste-based reservations, but i would like to know what you have to offer that would eliminate casteism. I have spoken to many of your followers and i find their explanations unsatisfactory. What they say basically boils down to “ignore it and it won’t exist any longer”. Do you think if we ignore injustice it will just go away?

    Respected Gurudeva
The great god given me the opportunity to have guru darshan and I also
could see the programme of 25th Silver Jubilee Celebrations. I am very
much pleased to hear the Voice that Basically
people are good. The great Human Excellency and Values are seen in
this statement. The Corruption in India was all the times shown as one
side of the coin. There are good people who become prey to their
bosses/ leaders/ colleagues/ corrupt people and facing the corruption
charges in India. Is there any method of saving these innocent people?
Real innocents are suffering a lot. I think the AOL programme also gives
relief to these innocents also. There are organizations, where the top
brass all the times who are corrupt, make their subordinates go into the
defame process. My great guru may please shower few words for
relief of these innocent people to have courage to face the ordeals and
to prove their innocence first and to bring real culprits on to surface.

guruji my husband has attended the art of living course. I am really
interested in attending the programme and i am a real devotee of Sri Sri
Ravishankerji and i want my children too to learn the course. Women are
like boats. They need a spirit which has no boundaries to reflect the
mind. They only need that spirit and i really got that by watching the
programmes itself of this lord. The only thing i do not have money to
spend for this. This is my bad luck. I want to really do service for this
society through Ravishankerji please advice me how i can go further and
do my best for changing this small world.

  • Rhea Menezes

    Jai Gurudev.
Humans are like boats that sail deep and rough seas.Imagine a boat
without an anchor and a captain. It will definitely sink at some time or the
    other.
Sri Sri has given direction to channelise the life prana that is within each
one of us and lead us to Inner Peace.
Until i did the AOL course, i was seeking Peace from the outside.Little did
i realise that it is within me to seek.
Most of us are like the musk deer that searches for the fragrance all
around it when all the while the fragrance was emanating from the inside.

    Jai Gurudev.

  • ved vahan

AOL celebrates 25 years, AOL penetration is awesurprising, It really needs a
spirit which has no boundaries to reflect thru the mind. Long live the unifying
    aspect of this great technique.

Hope next 25 years of AOL will see the people blending beyond the mere words \”I
    BELONG TO YOU\”.

Hope the divisive actions and psychopancy will witheraway.

Hope the bonds between people from all walks of life strengthen to bring about
    healing in societal interaction

    Hope the hopeless turn hopeful

When we talk about Advaita Philosophy everything is only one. The bits
& pieces of a huge map or a drop in the ocean is only illusion, created by
ourselves through duality(Maya). The concept it self is beyond the limits
    of our conscious mind.

  • rajesh

I disagree that Sri Ravishankar is a spiritual guru. He is at best a very
good \’pranayog\’ exponent. But breath control never led to God
realisation. Breath control never led to control of mind/senses.
Vishwamitra practised yoga for n number of years and yet fell to
anger/lust. A true spiritual guru teaches \’surat shabd yoga\’, never
advertises on bill boards and never charges for his teachings.

  • sanjeev

I never believe in ‘GOD’ and ‘Gurus’. Long back i got the chance to visit
the Ashram of AOL situated at kankupra road. And then i became the
regular visitor of that place. still i don’t have believe in ‘God’ and ‘Gurus’
but one thing has changed and that is, now i am dying just to have faith
in ‘God’. i don’t know when that time will come but i am dying for that
and now i can unserstand the importance of ‘Gurus’. Please help me….

  • Amitava

Gurus show the path. Spiritualism is such a thing, which comes and
evolves mind, body and soul. I would love to do something positive and
keep my soul very very clean, calm and quiet.
Can you show me the path?

  • pravin singru

Guruji has taught me how to live and let other live. I changed completely
and my family is benefited by it at large. I live karmayoga by his grace

  • Deepak

I wonder as to what can and can’t give you peace ?? What is art of
living ?? Is it not putting yourself to rules and call those rules are treated
as ART.. May be it is marketing mantra for GURU’s to earn their best living
in this crazy wrold. At the end of th day, when you have a human body
the rest of the lust is coated on to the same… god bless everyone after
    me…

  • Pramod

Also would like to add that God is one cosmic unity. There is no creator
and the created… The whole of creation is one….And so we are just tiny
bits and pieces of the whole map….

  • Pramod

I wonder why all Gurus have long beards(No offence to the Gurus), but I
would like to see a guru who is both spiritual as well as wears pretty
good dresses and shaves his beard.

In a society plagued with domestic and communal violence, we need to
globalize wisdom. Though we have advanced technologically, we have
cared very little for the emotional and spiritual needs of people. A sense
of belongingness with the whole world - rising above the narrow
considerations of colour, culture or background, is the need of the hour.
We are not living in isolated compartments - the world has become one
    family.(some lines from guruji’s SJC message)…JGD.

Art of Living is becoming one of the good companies… earning a lot
these days and with these kind of celebrations, and advertisment, then
are going to be in a big league of business.. BEST OF LUCK on your art of
    living and earning bussiness..

    Jai Gurudev…
If there is one brand that has hit me hard with all its advertising is “Art
of Living”. But i’am not happy with all the hordings in the city. The city is
filled with hordings of political leaders and spiritual gurus. Its highly
impossible to correct our leaders but i hope our spiritual gurus will show
some sanity and stop polluting the city.

  • Name

pls dont spoil the city by your advertisment hordings… if u want to
advertise just do it thru any media not with hording all over the place…
will u people clean up the mess

  • MANU

The sri sri sri is selling the Indian concepts to the western world and
earning billions. He is not worried about the socio-economic issues in the
country. The most unfortunate thing is that even the educated and upper
middle class population is also after the modern spiritual gurus
nowadays. Even God can’t save this country from the new age “spiritual
    gurus”.￾
