Eye Care Exercises

Vitamins A, B and C are essential for eye care. Carrots, celery,
parsley, spinach etc contain very much vitamin A. A sleep 8-10 hours is
absolutely essential for eye health.

Eye care:
Sprinkle with cold eyes. Apply cotton pads soaked in warm milk or weak
solution of tea or rose water. Lightly expose do for your health beauty
and let it act for 10-15 minutes.

To avoid eye strain:
• Do not work in low light
• Do not read on a regular basis when traveling by train or bus

Some Exercises to Improve Eye Vision

Eyes are the most important organ of our body. This
gives us a vision to see the beauty of nature. Our eyes are the most
attractive wealth that we have. We would not be able to see and
appreciate the wonders of this magnificent world without eyes. Thus,
taking good care of our eyes is one of our main responsibilities.

There are some exercises that improve
eye vision
:
Palming- To rest and relax your eyes, sit comfortably in front of a
table, resting her elbows on a stack of cushions high enough to bring
your palms easily to your eyes without stooping forward or looking up.
Close your eyes and cover them with hands cupped to exclude light,
avoiding pressure on the sockets. Breathe slowly and evenly, relaxing
and imagining deep blackness. Start by doing this for 10 minutes, two or
three times a day.

Swinging- Relax and keep your eyes moving. Stand up and focus on a
distant point, swaying gently from side to side. Repeat 100 times daily,
blinking as you sway. Blinking cleans and lubricates the eyes, which is
especially important if you spend much time in front of a computer.

Day of color- Take a day of color. Choose a color and look at it all
day. When you see it, be aware of color instead of the form.

Try Sunning to do this once a day. It requires a sunny day, or a good
desk lamp with an incandescent lamp. The exercise is simple. Close your
eyes. Look directly at the sun through

Eyes closed. While facing the sun, slowly rotate your head from side to
side, as far as possible.

This is the sunlight on the peripheral vision, and it helps bring more
blood circulation to your neck. Do this for 3 to 5 minutes. It’s
amazing, even on a cold day, hot as the sun feels on your eyes.

General tips when doing eye exercises please take off your glasses or
contact lenses, then you will feel more comfortable and relaxed.

By doing the exercises, intensely concentrate on your eyes. Feel them
working and is born again!

Make them on a regular basis, e.g. ideally 3 times a day. The results
will be better.
