Sexual activity between individuals is a cycle with four stages:
* Lust
* Peak excitation
* Orgasm
* Relaxation

These stages describe the reactions of people during the sexual
function. There are no distinct boundaries between them and vary
depending on the individual but also time.

Sexual
desire: Caused by physical irritation and is characterized by
gathering a large amount of blood to the genitals and breasts in women.

For women the first sign of sexual stimulation is the appearance of
vaginal fluid, from 10 to 30 seconds after the onset of sexual desire.
The density, amount and odor of vaginal fluids vary from one woman to
another, but the same woman from time to time. The amount of vaginal
fluids, in contrast to the perception of many is not necessarily
indicative of the level of arousal of women, nor does their presence
mean that the woman is ready for sexual intercourse. Their presence
facilitates simply inserting the penis into the vagina.

In men, the main indicator of sexual stimulation is erection of the
penis, just a few seconds after the presence of sexual desire. During
erection large amount of blood is concentrated along the penis, which

with sexual desire. May have occurred under other circumstances, such as

Orgasm: It is the third and usually the smaller stage in the cycle of

Immediately after ejaculation, the man goes into a dormant state. The
