Wake up as early as possible in the morning
Drink at least……start from a glass……of warm water just after off bed
Dont touch any room without getting a complete fresh with bath
Try to share hands to every work with your parents as buisy u may be
Dont eat to overload your stomach …..eat every two hrs something digestible
While taking foods…never drink water or soup of vegetable
Always use salads……enough …and green veges more
Instead of rice you can take khichdi…or brown rice that also a cup only
After taking meals …seat on a chair with your body in just L shape
Your backbone straight…your thighs straight…your legs and toes straight
B in at least twenty minuites in this sitting
After then you can hav a three-fourth glass of warm water
Remember always your drinking water shud b warm …not hot
Then U must walk inside the room or under shade for at least half an hr
After that you are free to take cold water one glass every each hour
Walk in the morning and the evening for half to two n half hr every day
Always drink water {never chilled} in the sitting position
Never take heavy meals in the night
Your gap of time in the dinner and the bed shud be at least two hrs
Sleep always as early as nine-thirty pm and wake up at four-thirty am
Always care for others……never hurt anyone …and think positive
Dont be destructive……….always b constructive
Love the youger ones ……guide them with care …and owe them with love
Dont expect the help of others…..make yourselves & ur will power strong
Move ahead and God will clear your path and u will achieve your goal
