Tenants’ Association complains to M’rashtra Anti-Corrupt Cmtee against Charity Commr’s inaction

Dear RTI Activists & Citizens,

The members of a Tenants’ Association who are aggrieved by the total inaction of Mumbai Charity Commissioner’s office made a Complaint to Anti Corruption Committee at Tehsildar level. This complaint is based on Maharashtra Govt. Circular No AHAT1610/ CR 64/10/11- A, issued in February 2011. It is a powerful GR with enormous potential for use, especially if you have a lot of RTI documents or Cooperative Society documents to prove wrongdoing.

If you wish, my friends and I will be happy to draft your complaint. If convenient, we will assist you in deposing before this committee too. We are keen on assisting in matters connected with Real Estate, Building Construction Industry scams, Cooperative Society wrongdoings etc.
