I agree that spending towards education should be increased. But, at the same time apart spending towards education, other revenue expenditures should also be increased. This would make sure that the economy grows faster. It is a well-known fact that today’’s economical growth is not because of government but, despite our government. Also, it’’s time to distance ourselves from Peruvian socialism and move towards absolute free trade and improve the standard of living to reverse the brain drain of expensive human resource.
