Smart guys are the ones who not only achieve their goals and reach the highest level but also stay up there. They do this by constantly updating and constantly improving. Once we become complacent, things just slip out of our control and suddenly one fine day, we are NO longer ON TOP…. So, here’s my collection of tips to be CUTTING EDGE…
1. FACE your Worst Fears Boldly: Don’t be afraid to venture out into the unknown. Take initiative and revamp your mind. What is the point of doing things that you are good at…Try to do something that you are NOT very good at… that will register in your mind as another milestone achieved…and U will feel Less hesitant to try out the other things that you always thought that you were NOT good at.
2. Rub Shoulders With Geeks: Hang out and associate with people who are smart, successful and sensible, that way you will gain knowledge and insight from them. Take advice from experienced seniors, they will guide you through potential pitfalls which they probably would have gone through themselves.
3. Write down Your success and Failures: A diary is a nice way to connect an event from the past to our present experiences. Learn from mistakes of the past and find the solution to overcome the very same problem. …But this time around..a little morrrrre successfully.
4. Read: This is the easiest and the best way to keep the brain on it tippy toes. Newspapers, Journals, books, current events, Adventure, travel, latest trends, magazines, Non-fiction history, religious books,…Reading is like the coolest way of being “IN TOUCH” with things around you…Ok agreed !!! I am Not the Gen-x guy…and YES ! I AM old fashioned .
5. Relax: It is always nice to have a personnel hobby. Hobbies stimulate the mind. It is like a nice little exercise for the brain. Try to learn to dance or to play a musical instrument or just learn to play a new card game or a board game. Get a massage therapy session going, it works wonders…
6. Eat Healthy: Healthy food to the body is like good quality fuel for your car. Your Brain needs lots of vegetables and lots of fruits and lots of nuts and…… lots less of chocolate, fatty foods, fizzy carbonated drinks, red meat etc… Strictly No smoking and Strictly No Alcohol.
7. Take a day off and go on a holiday: Surprise yourself by giving yourself a break once in a while. Throw the stress away on the beach sand and get into the water and lets hear your heart roaring with adrenaline pumping hard. You will feel a lot more rejenuvated and refreshed .When your mind is happy and bubbling …. You every move will be like MAGIC…

The things you have written really sound good to the ears…but human being gets so engrossed in the day to day activity that he/she hardly thinks of all these things..altough if one goes for the things mentioned by you ,relaes the person too much..it gives a sense of fullfillness and happiness and at the end of the person tends to sleep happily
