The rainbow and its myriad hues,

I can sense the beauty,

But can't soak it in my eyes,

Only if .

Love the chocolate cake,

Wish I could enjoy the color,

Of the sinfully rich mass!

Only if .

My soulmate and beloved,

Wish I could confess,

In a million words,

How much I love you

Only if

Adore my two angels,

My Ma and Pa,

The only wish to God,

To ponder and spend a lifetime,

Glaring at them with gratitude,

Only if

World's most pristine creation,

Emerald legacy of nature,

Alas! Can't submit to the heavenly shower!

Coz my world is BLACK.

This post is dedicated to millions of folks spread over the world who

are blessed with the highest sensibility, yet can’t experience the glory of

nature’s beauty. I recall as a child having donated my eyes in my "wish file" preaching the mankind to donate the pair for a worthy noble cause. Thanks to my friend Cyril Paul (Cyril ' Apologies for the very long wait) for tagging me for a cause in which I personally believe a lot.

I specially appreciate this because this is one gesture which is very close to my heart.

Recently, at my office mass donation cum pledge camp I happened to pledge my eyes. The best part is one can donate a pair which will be donated to 2 individuals. The eyes require to be expelled within 6 hours of death. One can donate eyes irrespective of blood group, blood type, diabetes, cataract, blood pressure, etc. We all would perish some day in the bosom of mother earth, what remains is the legacy you leave behind. For those who have already done it, thank you! For those, you intend to plan it some day, please don't wait! For those who are pondering over it! Mate, buck up! This is the moment!!
