It also makes me think a lot when i fell unhappy. After calming down, i will ponder on and analyse what reasons that lead me to be unhappy.

The first one is that, “Dwell on things that happened in the past.” Are you a person like it? Now that they had happened, why not forget them degagely?
The second is “Complain about problems instead of taking the necessary steps to resolve them.” now that you have meet the problems, why not confront them bravely and take your responsiblity to solve them?
