I do blv that the time taken for the moderator to approve any given pic posted by the ilanders takes more than 9 hours or so…..if this were to continue, ppl would stop posting pics!
I for one have already made up my mind that i do not intend to post any more pics as part of my blogs hereafter. For one the write up loses its charm and secondly, no body really has the patience to keep coming back to a page to see if the pic is up!
You should realise that certain pictures say it all and there is no need for any words to be written along with it!
It is not as if we dont have the accumen or etiquette to know what pics can be posted and what cannot!
I do wish you would take a look at the time frame taken and do something about it.

I think that certain bloggers who have spent sufficient time here at the iLand shoud be allowed to post pics without the approval of moderators. Bloggers like KB, you and of ourse me…..

Do we need a moderator for the moderator?
i agree with you outburst. On my last post on a poem on valentines day, I uploaded a picture showing a kid of about 4 years trying to kiss his doll lying on floor…such a cute pic to accompany a sweet poem…..but alas ! the moderator disapproved it citing reason that it is obscene, antisocial, and other four similar disgraceful adjectives. I got fumed and immediately wrote to feedback@rediffiland.com but M yet to get a reply. such a nasty head people they are…..and approving others showing a whole link to semi porn sites…. soft porn is slowly creeping into iland and I strongly disapprove this discrimination. Let’’s start a movement I should say. to keep our iland healthy and pink. Whatyasay??????????

hey! i just wrote a feed back to rediff guys complaining abt the same thing…the charm of blog is lost without pics..they are taking tooooo long to post pics..
yes I did kill my blogs for the same reason at times- most of my posts do not have pix!
I do not object to their modreation of th epics…i only object to the excessive time taken!

I fully respect ur emotions and feelings but one bad apple can make the whole bunch termed as bad and surely the moderators don”t want that happen to this sacred ,yes i call it sacred place as here we share our golden thoughts and moments.Even if its taking time but still for the sake for good stuff being sent on the iland its necessary i think.
