ICICI Bank Intimiditates of Contempt to Court, ICICI Bank bribes Corrupt RBI, Banking Ombudsman

All my dear Indians are requested to pay attention to an eye opening
matter which exposed the nexus between ICICI Bank and various
authorities of the crippled system in India. All are suggested to stop
dealing with ICICI Bank so you dont have to regret later. Please read

Recently ICICI bank sent forged summons and following notification
was sent to ICICI Bank counsel which was never replied, instead ICICI
Bank started threatening of contempt to court charges. ICICI Bank has
been challenged to file a case of contempt to court. Prior notifications
(below the **** line) were sent to ICICI Bank and given time until August 3rd but are not replied.

It is apparent from the 7 posts above that this crippled system has a
well formed nexus everywhere and the people are merely economic slaves. Common people must not expect justice… it is only affordable by influential people

It appears either

• you haven’t been reading my messages carefully
• didn’t submit the same to the courts
• probably nobody has read the messages carefully
• probably you do not understand law and the constitution of India

I raised some questions which deserve logical & justified
answers but I have been receiving threats of proceedings of Contempt to
Court. I hope you, your client and the courts have paid attention (read
insincere and blind attention) to the lines which I use to finish my
message with, as enclosed between the *** lines:

We are concerned for our clients, ICICI Bank Ltd.

Inspite of the orders of injunction passed by the Hon’ble Bombay High
Court in the suit filed by our clients against you, you are still
indulging in correspondence, emails, blogs etc, which are defamatory in
nature and you are also making various objectionable statements against
the Courts including the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India.

By your aforesaid acts, you have rendered yourself liable
for Contempt of Court, as you have thereby deliberately violated and breached the orders of injunction passed by

While indulging in such deliberate acts of open and gross violations of

matter on merits as you are fully aware that you have no case at all on
merits and are therefore only bent upon making wild, baseless and
unwarranted allegations against our clients and even against the highest
Courts in India.

You are therefore hereby called upon to immediately cease and desist
from indulging in such acts, which are in violation of orders of
injunction passed by Hon’ble Bombay High Court, which acts on your part
constitute gross contempt of Court and in the event of your failure or
neglect to comply, the requisite Contempt of Court proceedings shall be
liable to be adopted against you, which please note.
