- friends ,i want to share some diet tips which every one should follow to live a healthy and happy life without stress, without being fat, renain healthy & fit….1)stay full with beans-beans are best option to keep yr taste buds & yr stomach happy because they are full of fiber,protiens .after taking them satisfaction easily comes and u will not tend to take /munch other fried snakes/fried unhealthy stuff…..2)start with salad/soup is a beat option take a full quantity so that u will not fill more hunger after that garma-garam soup/ good nutritious salad-ultimately u will eat less.
3)take wholesome fruits then fruit juices because fruit juices contains sugar which will lead to add more calories so take fresh & good fruits …best way to eat fruits is to take them empty stomach…..in breakfast…,b4 any exercises..
4)don”t be hungry/ empty stomach 4 long period of time-u will eat more …..eat small amounts at short interval ,with this method u will digest yr food easily….
5)give your self some time so that u can realise that now u are no more hungry,eat in small thali/dish, eat in small mouthfuls,chew yr food properly ,take proper amount of liquids all this will automatically lead u to be loose fat content of your body ……..u will feel light…..
