The RAM janma bhoomi and Babri masjid controversy is no longer a subject of Courts to adjudicate upon.The Supreme Court of India has rightly stayed the delivery of High Court’s judgement on the matter.Hope the enterim stay gets regularised in the next hearing due on 28th Oct’2010.

It has been argued that efforts to make out-of-court settlement have failed.

In fact what’s needed is courrt mediated binding settlement.The Supreme Court could initiate mediation among the concerned parties and strike a settlement acceptable to all.ALL PARTIES ARE SAYING NOW THAT THEY WOULD RESPECT THE VERDICT OF THE hIGH cOURT.IN THE SAME REATH, THEY ALSO SAY THAT IF THEY LOSE HERE THEY WILL CERTAINLY APPEAL IN THE SUPREME COURT !!

What does it indicate? None of the parties would be satisfied with the ’semi-final’ !The matter will continue to drag longer with all the ugly
consequences and ill-will between the two communities !

Let the court mediated out-of -court settlement take some more time but the gesture of respect that all parties are showing towards the Supreme Court ssuggests that an amicable setlement may be reached.

The ‘give and take’ spirit can’t be trusted with political mediation but the same spirit could be acceptable if appropriate judicial mediation is done.

Let us empower the Supreme Court through a pARLIAMENTARY LEGISLATION IF SUCH POWERS ARE NOT ALREADY EXISTING !

Mass religious conversions

There have been many mass religious conversions in the human history.

All these conversions, without exception, were non-voluntary , coercive, mal-intentioned, full of different kinds of allurements and threars and forced on poor, illiterate, semi-literate and marginalised people.

OTHERWISE IT IS NEVER POSSIBLE FOR SO MANY PEOPLE TO CONSCIOUSLY COLLECT AT ONE PLACE AND JOIN ANOTHER RELIGION LEAVING THEIR OWN RELIGION OF BIRTH.In individual cases it may be possible as exception.

They may succeed in obtaining their apparent ‘consent’.The illiterate poor people could be easily brain-washed and purchased with the help of their own Cheifs!

This consent is like obtaining consent for sex from a minor.HE/SHE MAY NOT HAVE EVEN ATTAINED THE AGE OF SEXUAL CONSENT.SUCH A RELATIIONSHIP IS LEGALLY CALLED AS ‘RAPE’, THOUGH TECHNICALLY CONSENSUAL.

ALL MASS CONVERSIONS,THEREFORE, ARE AKIN TO ‘SOCIAL RAPE’ BECAUSE CONCERNED PEOPLE WERE NOT IN A POSITION TO GIVE CONSCENTIOUS CONSENT.

Astrological Predictions of Octopus Paul during World Cup 2010

During the recent foot ball WC2010 games played in South Africa, the predictions of an Octopus named Paul kept in a German zoo,were the topic of the talks among the enthusiasts world over.

All his eight predictions including the finals were found to come true.

This outcome is just conjectiral, coincidental and farcicical interpretation of behavior of the octopus.

Paul didn’t know about the football game , it didn’t know the countries playing the same, it won’t have any knowledge of the national flags on which it chose to sit as indicative of the winner or could be distantly thought to have any idea of the astrological role that it was supposed to play.

But, it could have influenced little bit the outcome of the game!

In addition to the skill, sweat and blood of the players , it might influence the psyche of the players who believed even reluctantly in such astrological gimmicks!

Such the socalled baseless predictions may have psychsomatic demoralising or enthusiasm enhancing effects on the teams involved.This may tilting effect on the game in favour of ‘predictions’!

All different forms of predictions may have the same effect.The degree of belief of the concerned parties would determine the intensity of this psychsomatic effect.ultimately that extra effort or slackness on the part of parties may determine the outcome in many cases.Such outcome would be taken as astrological prediction in many cases wherever effect is in favour of it!

The mind and body act jointly and role of mental status can’t be undermined particularly in competitions!

CONSCIOUSNESS/AWARENESS

The consciousness and awareness are essentially biological conotations.But when one talks of Universal Cosciousness, the meaning of the word gets enlarged to denote manifesting process of the Primordial Energy.

Thus distinction must be made between Universal Consciousnessand Bio-Consciousness.

The bio-consciousness includes human consciousness as mankind is part of the over-all biological entities.Other entities include plants, animals and micro-organisms.

The human consciousness, in turn, could be individualistic or social.The individual human conscousness could thus be related to the single person.It takes birth with the individual and perishes with him/her.

The human consciousness denotes the common features of consciousness of the mankind as a whole.So is the bio-consciousness that incompasses the common features of the entire biological kingdom.

In biological sense, one can combine consciousness and awareness together.The universal consciousness doesn’t have awareness as we define in biology.

The human consciousness is empowered to have intuition to reflect on the working of all different types of consciousnesses.And enjoy too!

FORGIVENESS

Forgiveness has a meaning only when extended by powerful and strong and asked by equally powerful and strong person.It has no meaning if given by weak or begged by helpless person.

Likewise, forgiveness must be deserved as well.The person forgiven must realise his/her mistake by heart.Otherwise mistakes are bound to be repeated.

For weaker ones, the forgiving is under compulsion and it doesn’t provide the desired emotional gains to the person so forgiving!

CORRUPTION AND SMARTNESS

If one is caught,condemned and convicted, he/she is called’corrupt’.In case he/she succeeds in keeping it secret,shares the booty with colleagues/boss and saves his/her promotion and service,one is simply ’smart’.

Most corrupts ‘rightly’ justify their corruption saying that honest ones didn’t get the opportunity to indulge in the same.Otherwise they were also equally greedy to have taken advantage of the govt system!

The content of greed and temptation is quite widespread in the society.We can’t depend on the morral appeal to desist from corruption.The system and govt procedures must be made as fool proof as possible so that greed becomes too risky to be indulged in.

The ITenabled tools/services hold great promise in exposing and minimising corrupt practices.If society is to be saved from mutual destruction and dismal progress and growth, corruption eradication must become top agenda of any govt.

The Thoughts

The thoughts appear to be constantly generated, except perhaps when one is in deep sleep or unconscious, with the interaction of existing memory complex and the ambient environmental data fed through the sensory organs.

THETHOUGHT IMULSES COULD BE CHEMICAL OR ELECTROMAGNETIC IN NATURE.

These thought impulses could be modified by physical and chemical manipulation of brain environment.

The socalled ‘free will’ can also partly conditiion the nature of thoughts generated at a particular time.

Thus generated thoughts trigger all the biochemical and physical actions that ody experiences as performing.This includes all harmonal, enzymatic, metabolic and physical activity performed inside and outside the body.

WHEN ONE DELIBERATELY TRIES TO ‘FEEL’ BEING ‘HAPPY’, THE THOUGHT PROCESSES GET ORIENTED TOWARDS THE CHEMICAL AND PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES IN THAT DIRECTION AND THE RESULT IS VIRTUAL HAPPINESS.You feel good and you become good.You feel happy and you become happy!

This principle could be beneficially used by every thinking human being.

The methods of thought manipulation and conditioning could be devised to get manifold types and nature of results.

Universal Consciousness,bio-consciousness and individual human consciousness

There are three levels of consciousness that could be put under imaginery boundaries of human thought.

Our individual human consciousness is part of a larger family of entire bio-consciousness that pervades in all the living entities of the nature.THIS INTERACTS WITH ALL THE LIVING AND NON-LIVING MATERIALS AND KEEPS PRODUCING CHAIN OF THOUGHTS.

The bio-consciousness, in turn,is born out of the Universal Consciousness.The later doesn’t differentiate between living and non-living forms.IT IS THE INTERPLAY OF DIFFERENT FORMS OF THE PRIMORDIAL ENERGY THAT CONSTITUTES THE ENTIRE UNIVERSE.

Three three different levels of consciousness must be conceptualised as part of dualistic forms of the same substance.

All these forms and levels of consciousness are equally powerful and hold the potential to affect the processes of the entire Universe.

For instance,just a single human thought can trigger the chain of actions and reactions that can transform the shape of not only its immediate surroundings but the entire planet, solar system, galaxy, the group of galaxies and the entire Universe.Just one thought can lead to the production of most powerful atomic bombs and other machines of destruction or construction.

The thought that takes birth due to interaction of memory apparatus in the brain of an individual with the forces and materials surrounding it, can potentially transform the entire Universe.The drop can shake the entire ocean!

Our consciousness generates thoughts and one seems to have virtual control through the ‘free will’ that one seems to exercise.EVEN THOUGH THERE IS NO ‘ABSOLUTE’ FREE WILL IN THE COMMAND OF THE BIOLOGICAL SYSTEMS INCLUDING MANKIND! All ‘free will’ is ‘virtual’ in nature and humans must enjoy and play with it like that only.
