Today i was surfing the net causually and just searched for 7 wonders in the google. I got a huge list of sites (no doubt multiples of thousends). All has catogarized the wonders in their own way. Finally i could find a site which classified the wonder of the world in 4 categories
1. Wonders of Ancient World
2. Forgotten Wonders
3. Natural wonders
4. Modern wonders.
So what u may ask. It is all there in the net and anyone can find it.
Yeah true!! My thoughts are somewhat different. I have gone through all thes categories of wonders and as facinated as anyone. (Ofcourse it is always new and exciting to read). They are the greatest achievements on this world. The planners and execuiters are at their zenith when they created them. No doubt about it.
 What my thoughts are no where in this list is the most wonderful thing that has been created. Who created and how created is a debatable question. But who ever created this thing must be greatest of  all greats. An excellent craftsman. Greatest engenieer and artist.
Hey i dont want to keep u all  in suspense anymore. Most wonderful and mysterious thing is we ourselves. Have u ever thought about our body? It is made perfect in every sense. All the required parts are supplied to it; 2 eyes 2 hands, 2 legs etc. and then u have what is called the brain a mega store house and no smaller than the fastest computer avaialble on the earth.
Even greatest researchers and scientists and doctors have understood the human body very little. I think it take many more 100’s of years to completely understand it.
Does it not make the Most wonderful creation on this world?
Thats why i call Humans are the WONDER of WONDERS.

Easter island is one of the most isolated inhabited and mysterious island. It is a triangle shaped island situated in the midway between Chile and Tehiti and is mostly made of volcanic rock. The figures you are seeing in the picture are the huge human figures curved out of the volcanic rock and are known as Easter Island Stones. Theses huge human figures are placed all around the coast line of the Easter Island and are known as Moai. These figures are found all over the island. Some of them are completed and some of them are half finished.
There were seven huge statues which face towards the sea.

The purpose of these stones is not known to any one. Many theories put forward by the archaeologists. Some of them are;
1.The stones served as astrnomical observatory.
2.They are the statues of the gods of the tribes to protect the village
3. Folklore says that they are the statues of seven sailers went out for expedition in to the seas.
4. They may be the status symbols of the tribes or clans.

Moai sits on a platform called Ahu.
�Some of the interesting points of these stones are.
The length of these stones vary from few feet to as long as 300 feet but 18 feet to 20 feet is the most common ranges for these stones.
The seven stones has a length of 16 feet each and each weigshs about 18 tons.
Some of the Moais were estimate to weigh as much as 80 to 90 tons.
Many of these Moais are erected quite far away from their quary sites.

Why these stones are erected and what purpose they served?

Who has erected these stones?

How could so few people move them even a couple of feet, let alone several miles, and without breaking them?

And once they did move them, how did they erect them? Even today, using powerful cranes, it would be no simple task.

Quite interesting to know answers to these questions. What do you say??

Hey wait. This is not a drawing by son. Nor it is drawn by me or any one known to me. As far as I know it is not drawn by anyone known to the prople on the earth. Then what is it? Who made such a drawing.? What is the meaning of such a drawing? What is purpose of it? Interested? Then please continue……

These are the pictures known as�Nazca lines, Nazca figures, or Nazca Images. These figures are found across the Nazca planes located in the Pampa region of Peru. These lnes covers an area of 450 sq.km covering sandy deserts, mountains valleys etc. Now, you must be wondering how these figures are first of all found. They were first spotted by an commercial airlines in 1920.

Though these figures are known as Nazca lines in fact these are of all kinds of shapes from animals, flowers, human figures and also geometrical figures like triangles rectangles etc. Interestingly these lines have survived all kinds of natural disasters and remained as an enigma for all.

Many theories were put forward to explain these figures. They include landing strips for aliens, UFOs, A celestial calander, used for rituals realted to astronomy, to more and more complicated explanations. But nothing has came out of these explanations.
Another issue related to these figures is the author of these lines. Who made them is the big question faced by all people who are interested and who studied these lines. Really very interesting na. Hope I did invoke your interest in this matter!!! I� do have some more figures related to Nazca lines. but i dont know how to put them all in this blog.
