The list is definitely not exhaustive. Just a beginning to something that can do wonders to your lives. Just 10 points for a weekend read. You'd love to practice most of them for sure.
1. Take a 10-30 minute walk every day. And while you walk, smile. It is the ultimate anti-depressant.
2. Sit in silence for at least 10 minutes each day. Buy a lock if you have to.
3. Try to get enough sleep.
4. When you wake up in the morning complete the following statement, ”My purpose is to____ today.”
5. Make time to practice meditation, yoga, and prayer. They provide us with daily fuel for our busy lives.
6. Spend more time with people over the age of 70 and under the age of 6.
7. Try to make at least three people smile each day.
8. Clear your clutter from your house, your car, your desk and let new and flowing energy into your life.
9. Don’t waste your precious energy on gossip, energy vampires, issues of the past, negative thoughts or things you cannot control. Instead invest your energy in the positive present moment.
10. Don’t take yourself so seriously. No one else does.

Fortunately God has given us the intelligence and wherewithal to realise when to do what and at its best. however, for this to happen we need to look into ourselves and listen to the call of our mind. Consequently, reminders like this go a long way to awaken us. Thanks.

I almost try all of it except for 4,8,9 (do only one of the stuff, gossipping) and 10- take myself very seriously and thing world also does- know that they don”t. Not bad, afterall, 60%. How about you?

A great list and some really superb points I must say…I myself have great difficulty with finding time for 3 and 5 (…must make more time for these as they do take a toll on ones like and ultimately ones health in the long run). A great post, very useful and one that will make people think.
