I would definitely like to visit you in person as the gap has been more than 20 years and I hope you would remember our working at Crompton Greaves.
Hi Ganesh,
Just curious to know with the high rise in inflation and speculation in the oil prices, and amidst some recent job cuts in US, leaving aside the ROW markets where many of the IT majors still to penetrate to crust. What do you see in the coming 1 or 2 years / till the new US president gets into the chair the fate of Indian IT professionals… both as NASSCOM chairman and as a blogger?

Hi,
I run a small company providing QA services to companies dealing with digital video. If you are sincere about using this blog to reach wider audience, my suggestion would be to address issues that very small companies like mine face. The big guys do not need your help any way, other than for branding which they have already achieved. It would serve no purpose if readers bombard you with questions like: Which is the hottest technology and How do I get a job?
I would be very grateful if you can visualize yourself as a mentor for companies like mine and provide inputs on various aspects. I regard that as a primary goal of NASSCOM. As you may already be aware, companies like mine provide considerable if not significant amount of talent for the bigger fish. Many a time, a guy who is not eligible to write the screening test, is hired by the same company after being with companies like mine. So, your inputs serve multiple purposes.
Thanks,
Mallik

We are not able to get entry in Big IT/Electronics/Electrical companies due to that percentage criteria. So we request you to give some order/request to that Corporates/IT/MNCs to make some recruitment allocation to AMIE graduates despite the markes scored. . So that we can explore our knowledge and stuff to the benfit of the ocncern. We have the ability to adapt ourselves for any Corporates. I have designed a system, which addresses the problem of FAKE RESUME and FAKE CERTIFICATES at its source. The system has been hosted online at http://www.authentictrackrecord.com
Today, even if wrong information of a candidate is circulated due to typographical error, after employment verification, the candidate’s resume may get marked as a fake resume. At the same time there are others who provide fake information and snatch the opportunity that the authentic candidate deserves.
My system provides a proactive solution, which addresses the problem at its source, which means that the candidate cannot make error or fake information. This system also provides solutions to many other HR issues, like NO SHOW, Attrition etc.

I came to know about various career options and different tracks to work on. The strategy a student should take while completing his project, The team has come up with the brilliant idea giving the students a platform to interact to take help and become the best techocrats.
The students at their stage do not understand the importance of other aspects of work. I mean to say suppose they are good at coding but they do not want to document the things. It is very important to teach the prototype, design documents, SRS etc so that they would come upon the best one.
I really appreciate the teams who are a helping hand to the students. In addition to that the thoughts you all are providing to them are marvellous . The sessions that are conducted , answering the queries of the students…these also helps them on personality development side.
Kudos to team

Very well written and reasoned Ganesh. Pleasure to read you. “War on terrorism” , “Enough is enough”, ” We will not live in Fear” etc will remain cliches if they are not backed up by the multi-pronged action that you have outlined here. There is just one thing that I would like to add. The cache of terrorists and their methods of self annihilating terrorism is like nothing we have seen before, especially young, bright eyed and busy tailed as the cadres come. Therefore we do need to look into the psyche of those who are ready to volunteer for such acts, our intelligence must encompass the activities of organisations who garner their anger and harness their hatred. Counselling and care of these young people need to be looked into by governments when tragedies occur as they typically perpetuate other tragedies. Do not leave the vulnerable young unattended. Countering the education of evil by that of nurture is needed. Are we looking at Gujerat in this aspect?

This is related to the talk which you gave on a carrer talk session for gttconnect.com.
Hi Ganesh, am a technepreneur based in Chennai. We are working with the Indian defence and have an LoI for Rs. 1.3Cr for a product development. Used to talk to the VCs who asked us many questions including an LoI. Now we have delivered a PoC solution for which we have obtained Supply Order (SO) and also a Letter of Intent (LoI), the funders are blaming the market conditions. We are team of IIT alumnus with 15+ years of work ex. Can you pls advise us?
You are not a competent person from what i here.
Why cannot you quit, you fool?
You are a piece of trash.. a loser who is all fluff and no substance. I have heard from some of your IIT/NITIE colleagues that u steal other people\’s ideas and cleverly market it. God will punish you.
Ganesh -
you are one of the most disliked people in india’s IT industry. People know you to be a clever manipulator, mediocre thinker and of poor character. You are doing well right now, but you will sink eventually.
Dear Mr. Nataraj,
I am a member of the faculty at Mudra Institute of Communications, ahmedabad. As a team member of an international research project on media concentration, I am looking for growth data of the following industries: Internet Portals
Search Engines
Video Portals

I am sure NASSCOM is the repository of such information. Please direct me to the right person/source in your organisation.

I have the privilege of working very closely with a few brilliant contractors from your offices that are currently outsourced to South Africa to an established Asset Management Company.
It is refreshing to speak to Zensar employees that believe in you and who hold you in such high regard.
Kindest regards,

Your website is fine for all its distinctive features. However, I have found http://www.infysolutions.com to be another content enriched website containing details on ecommerce solutions and software development.
Thanks.
