  6. Think Tank says

All said, some times I get curious about my own writing. I have a tendency to watch myself like a third person. Some times I get touched.. This story is one of his own… Completely original, but somewhere I feel this was not written by me… Can we separate one’s emotions from one’s soul? If we do, then I think we reach a similar state… Anyways, I think you got a glimpse what comes when you make me think? :) But thank you for asking.. Regards, (Rahul)

  7. Think Tank says

Also, there is a concept which came to me from somewhere. In order to reach to the Sun, Sky grew… and expanded… We “grow” in love. After some time, Sky’s heart became too big… It accepted one and all as her own… Think about how big sky is, how much it contains, from planets and stars to gases, to birds and kites… It never complains, but embraces all that come to her… Somewhere, this greatness was the power which allowed Sky to sacrifice her love towards Sun and being ok if they did’t marry. As such they cried some times and missed each other, which resulted in stars and rainbows… We don’t have control over how we feel, but we certainly have over our actions. Sky and Sun, in their love and sacrifice, made this World “richer” and “alive”…

  8. Think Tank says

Her words had come out instantly after her thought, she didn’t have to bother what is proper and acceptable to say and what is not… This is my world - or any other kid’s world too…

Next, Sun couldn’t stop when he noticed Sky’s love… And he chose a greater cause to take over his own, and sacrificed his own interests for the benefit of the World. Many times, there is a good but there is a greater good too… Loving someone doesn’t necessarily mean leading to marriage - though there can’t be something better than that :) People say love is selfish. Yes it is. Selfless love is difficult to attain, but many times, that is the only way for love to survive… On the surface, it looks as if practicality takes over selfish love… What can be a greater sacrifice in this world, than sacrificing love? As such, I didn’t like the ending of the story to some extent when I read it afterwards. It seemed not to be a happy ending… As such it is not completely negative either.

  9. Think Tank says

    Anyways, this was my reply:

@genda phool: “Message” ki baat karke chakkar me daal diya na :) I started writing this with a single theme in mind: what if Sun and Sky fall in love with each other.. I didn’t have a plot in mind, but the story carried forward on its own… When I finished and read it again, I was scared :) There was something going on in my mind, which had reflected in this story in some ways. About the message, I think this story shares some things from my world: I read my first paragraph: “Once.. this world… Everything had a soul and no one could hide one’s feelings…” This is my world! Everything has a soul - a living and awakened soul - which could be touched - and which feels things - instead of behaving like a judgemental mind. Then no one could hide feelings. This is why, when Sky asked about marriage, she shied at her own words. ..

  10. Kishore Gupta says

hi genda tum bahut dino se mere Iland par nahi aayi………plz…aao na, apna chehara dikhao na……..

  11. Think Tank says

I had typed a reply but it became too long. So I thought to post it on the same comment page. There is again some problem with iland and it is not allowing me to post there… If I paste here, it would cover 4-5 GB messages… So I will wait for some time, if it doesnt work, then I will post here…

    Have a nice day!
    Rahul

  12. Nivia Dogra says

a relation is like a ring,
    always holding ur finger.
    but as u get careless,
it slips out of ur hand.
so dont ever let ur relation
    slip out of ur life.

  13. AAMEEN KHAN says

Main aapka tahey dil sey shukriya ada karma chaahata huun ki aapney meri kavita dil sey padhi….

Aapney jo baatey kahi hai…. Voh kisi hadd taq agar main aapkey nazariye se sochu to sahi ho sakti hai

“zindagi tuum been be-rang duniya lagey muzey”…. Aapney kaha ki “duniya” shabd nahi hona chaahiye…magar agar aap isey gaur sey padhogi to iss “duniya” shabd ka mahatwa apki samaz aajayega.

“pusp-lata sey……” haan aap yahaan sahi hai.

“Mand-mand……..” ………then “satrangi”…..i used “sapt-rangi”….ab yeh kya hai ki yeh languages ka different pronunciation hai…. Basically I am from Maharashtra, so in Hindi too we call “sapt-rangi” as it’s a Sanskrit word.

So yeh basic difference sirf language ki vajah sey hai…. As my mother tongue is marathi.

But anyhow……. I am so much thankful to you, that you have given nice comments…………and I do accept your healthy comments. Do keep reading my rest of the poems. Regards………aameen

  14. AAMEEN KHAN says

Jab main likhta huun to dono tarah ke comments ki apekha rakhta huun. Yeh zaruuri nahi ki meri kavita sabhi ko pasand aaye….haan jo log kuuchch hamesha nayapan dekhana chaahatey hai, unhey agar na padhney miley, to usey voh criticise bhi kartey hai, aur criticism healthy ho to achcha lagta hai, jaisa aapney likha hai. Aapki baat kisi hadd taq sach bhi hai……magar aapko yeh bata duun ki meri sabhi poems mere imaginations hai, jab bhi, jo bhi dil main ata hai likh deta huun… aapney kaha hai to main zaruur pheer ek baar iss kavita ko alag tarah sey likhane ki koshish karuunga…….
Please dont take any tension. I always welcome critic also that gives me some more strength to write. You are always welcome for that.

DEAR GENDA PHOOL,YOU HAVE A VERY SENSITIVE MIND …you understand even very subtle things..i’had not thought that you will point out on my comments….surely i appreciate your mastery over words …as far as pictures are concerned, you may take their help …but use this with a bit caution…there could have been some other picture…more mild…however you have your perception of things and you are free to use it for bringing beauty in the posts…somehow I do give my opinion on it ,but you should not mind it…is there any doubt that you have mesmerised the readers?
—and about ”tariff”—there is no ”tariff” ..even insurance companies these days have gone non-tariff….but surely I appreciate your writing skill–”tareef” jaroor karta hoon…my best wishes on your ”mission statement”-REMEMBER IT?
