The truth is by the time the vaccine is made, the virus would have evolved to become immune to the vaccine and become even more stronger. This is a baap of all diseases. The "2 million" is just that difference applied to the whole population over the long term. But 327 of the circumcised men were "lost from study" their HIV status unknown. The studies were cut short, so we can never know what the long-term outcome will be. Men who got HIV but said they hadn''t had sex were ignored, and we know non-sexual transmission (dirty needles etc.) is a serious problem in Africa. These studies are being railroaded into policy and programmes without nearly enough critical study.
