LAWS OF TAXATION

Newton did it so did galileo eureka today i did it , law of taxation is finally out of the bag……
Tax is a word which itself is taxing in nature . the day ur born u dont cry for oxygen but u cry for the first time ur gifted with hospital tax saying welcome to the tax world , ones life is meant to be tax free and ur tagged to be born free not on the planet earth baby …..after a brief stint with nappy tax , milk tax the circle starts to move, immaterial of the school u choose to study there is an uniformity of being entitled to pay the taxes bravo we have a similarity in this dissimilar world ………
For some people to feel god, temples , mosques ,churches are a place to visit but to pay tax u need not to go anywhere the tax voucher will itself follow you wherever u are and how u are ….if u pay tax ur billed as a good citizen if u dont ur not a good citizen but which societal infrastructure bars a good citizen from bad one…… which road tells a poor good man to ride a mercedes and an evil rich person to pull a rickshaw ……… a matter to think over ……. in the eyes of tax and law each and every citizen is uniform……….
In the month of july monsoon may come on time or not but the tax has to be filed on time and u have to be a part of serpentine queue to pay ……. an irony in india u give money and that to lining in queues ……… monsoon and taxation have a unique similarity ….in monsoon u will find frogs in every nook and corner of street and tax savers at every possible outlet ….. u need an umbrella to brave the rainy season and a taxman to file and fight for ur taxes …………………..
bollywood has a hit song dil main aag lagaye sawan ka maheena nahin jeena tere bin naheen jeena means it is impossible to live without the beloved in rainy season ……. similarly jeb main aag lagaye sawan ka maheena nahin jeena tere bin nahin jeena ……in the rainy season smoke comes from ur burning pocket, but u have to live with it what an irony…………………
Value added tax , road tax entertainment tax u name it and it is already existing in some form or the other …..they say taxing u brings development …..which development they talk about bigger the development bigger the price u have to pay , u rent a hotel or a cot u have to pay accordingly …………and there is nothing called free in this world for a common man except good and moralistic lines ……..
each and every breathe we take is taxed, countries are slogging out from so many years for better climatic conditions but from where these meetings are funded by common man taxes ……..even when u die the coffin ur laid in or the pyre ur burnt all are taxed and who knows when u enter the heaven or hell the tax masters are already mongering there , slab can vary accordingly and short asterisk ,conditions apply …………….
Whatever may these lines indicate but pay taxes on time as these IT returns are required in various red tapism formalities ……… and who knows while thinking how to file the tax u may end up undiscovering the laws of taxation………..enjoy life whether u pay taxes or not good bye…….
