The purpose of food is
To keep health good
Do not be greedy
Take moderate food .
Eat to live
Don’t live to eat
Control your tongue
Don’t eat fast food.
Eating through the mouth
is certainly good
But remember always
It is not the only food
Feed your mind
With ideas good
Make the mind pure
And attain sainthood..
