actually i got trimalleolar ankle frcature with dislocation on
june 9th ,2010. i had to undergo operation and plates, srews were
inserted inside the ankle. for 3 months i was on bed rest. now have
started walking with the crutch.i have gained weight like anything. is there any asaan i could do at this stage? could kapalbhati be done without sitting crossed leg
as i am unable to sit crossed leg. got my marriage on 11th dec. really

I am 30-year-old, married with a baby, working as a Medical Transcriptionist but for past 3 to 4 weeks, I am having cough
for which I did not pay any much attention and/or never visited to
doctors’ or never took any medication for that but as days passed it
becomes very worse on a constant basis during the day as well as
night-time. It is dry cough with little bit of phlegm, which is
salty and sour in taste and sometime I have a feeling that there is dust
particles stuck in my thorat, which makes me to cough up and nothing else then that. No bleeding with cough. No fever
at all but when I did gurgling with hot salt water at night-time I did
get some relief from that but after few times it started
again……..but now it getting so much worse that yesterday ie on

x-ray PA view to be done and also for H1N1 testing at the government
hospital and re-visit him with that report after three. After hearing my
symptoms from me he told me that I might be having Swine flu
………so please guide me whether I could be having Swine flu or not

igot pigmentation on my cheeks and nose during the pregnancy ,im
taking kayakalp vati tablets 2morning,2evening it lightens but still
not disolved fully.suggest me pranayams and medications or should i

I had laparoscopic nissen’s fundoplication last year for hiatus hernia
and since I keep getting epigastric retrosternal pains also some left
iliac fossa pain. I have been taking Nexium and pain killers to help but
no obvious solution yet. I been told that the operation I had
aggrevated IBS symptoms like bloating. I keep feeling lethargic
headaches, nausea and generaly I feel very ill. I now would like to find
alternative healing method and natural medication like yours. Your help

1)The sugar has been consistently ranging aroud 180-250 in last
3-4 months. 2) around 3-4 times in a day I feel hungry and it is on such
a bad extent that i feel very weak and fel i will fall down if i walk.

My father’s age is 51 and he’s diagnosed with cancer in his gall bladder in last week of july when his natural treatment of jaundice
