Natural hair loss in a man, or male pattern
baldness, as it
is normally called is basically due to male hormones, (collectively

• Massage
your scalp with a blend of Rosemary & olive oil. This improves

• The
diet should contain more green leafy vegetables, salads, milk, fruits
and sprouts. Take more proteins, milk, buttermilk, yeast, wheat germ,
soybean and vitamin A.
• Regular physical exercise is very
beneficial as it helps in balancing the aggravated doshas.
• Use a
natural anti-dandruff shampoo to take care of any possible dandruff in
your hair.
