Lord Vishnu, major god of Hinduism and Indian mythology, popularly regarded as the preserver of the universe. In the ancient body of literature called the Veda, the sacred literature of the Aryan invaders, Vishnu ranks with the numerous lesser gods and is usually associated with the major Vedic god Indra in battles against demonic forces. In the epics and Puranas-writings belonging to subsequent periods in the development of Hinduism-Vishnu (especially in his incarnations) becomes prominent. Some Puranic literature refers to him as the eternal, all-pervading spirit and associates him with the primeval waters believed to have been omnipresent before the creation of the world. So regarded, Vishnu is depicted frequently in human form, sleeping on the great serpent Shesha and floating on the waters. Have a look into my new post and be one with ‘Infinite Being’
Sleepless nights and too much stress do affect our lives. Our biological clock acts abnormally and that’s not natural. We sleep at night and wake up during day. Ask anyone and the answer goes; ‘We need to sleep at least 8 hours a day’. But do we really do that? Some says ‘Yes’ and most will say ‘No’. Employees of different organizations are so stressed with their daily schedules that some sleep with their eyes open. We are biologically designed to spend one third of our lives asleep. But many are just too busy to sleep. These hectic lifestyles have made the corporate to wake up to the sleep deficit of their employees who work for long hours. There can be various types of sleep disorders. Read about Sleeping Disorders at my recent post.

Friend, GoodMorning & a happy weekend. This days disasters have become a frequent phenomenon. The victimized do live with a trauma, which remains memorable in the minds of the victims. The fact lies that even ‘we’ can also become victims to this disasters. Strange! but its true. We only glance through the news headings & create sympathys. But,who knows, if this disaster happen with us, someone else will do the same thing in another part of the world. Thats why; time has come to stand up and raise your voice; by writing and reading about disasters & it’s management. A good pre-disaster management plan & good awareness can save all our lives from any type of disasters (Biological, Natural, Chemical etc). Its not that alone I can initiate the move.Yes, friend; I feel proud that I started the Movement sacrificing my careers of a good home & a good life just for the sake of Humanity.Your little help can make a difference.Read our posts.

Hi Isha,
First of all I thanks, for considering me as a friend. I have gone through your blog “Who am I?” It is really very much interesting, but I slighly differ from your view. Who is God? Who has seen the God? Certain things are beyond our imagination and so we find the shortcut and given the name as God. Truly I believe that if you are doing something in the interest of society, if you do not hurt the feeling of any persons, if you are always thinking positive, then you need not required to waste time for serching the God. You will find God every where in every creature at all the step of life. These are my views, may be right or wrong?
