Its been long that I have been here but there was this issue of Pandher which I felt strongly about that I could keep away no more. Yes, Pandher is being crucified for a crime that he did not commit.
Special Judge Rama Jain, has expressed more of her emotional outrage which she found difficult to contain & finally vented it out in the form of the death sentence to Pandher.
I agree that the sexual escapades of Moninder Singh Pandher could certainly have brought out the rapist in Surender Kohli [ I believe it is natural for a servant (read human being) to be roasted in Passion that when he gets to witness his Masters romp & remain deprived continuously.......] but certainly in no way could it have inspired him for the slaughter he undertook or even the ruthless cannibalism he has depicted.

26/11 ' Would go down in my memory as a black day.10 men hold siege to the economical capital of this great nation for good 72 hours leaving behind 172 dead which included the best of encounter speicialists & 2 NSG martyrs & losses worth more than Rs 50000 Crores . Though I was dismayed I was not utterly surprised.
Though Mumbai was caught unawares I really thank God that nothing worse happened as many of the RDX piles (that did not go off) continue to be discovered even now. Yet it has woken up most of us & made us realize how vulnerable we are.
However what made me shudder was the realization that dawned on me next. It struck me that actually less than 300 hundred men who are highly motivated, strongly focused & meticulously trained could have actually taken over my country.
But then is this really something unexpected ? for a country ruled by corrupt, scamster, criminal & opportunistic politicians who got elected to the public office by equally corrupt masses (which include I & You) who often out of compulsions could vote for a "colour TV", "a bag of rice", "a 100" or simply "a powwa". A country where for a mere 500 rupee handout you could actually (come on you already know about it ) pass a truck load with anything /any stuff across the border of any state. A country where cleverly the whole media & all the politicians dress the human compulsions of each citizen ( to earn his daily bread) as staunch resilience.
So what is the solution ? I feel the solution lies within each one of us. Yes !
(1) First let us find time to come together at least once a month under a common platform.
(2) Let us stop criticizing the police for God's sake & let us work towards improvising the services of that uneducated beat constable that you are often forced to interact with.
(3) Let be more agile & aware & report the littlest of suspicious things to the police or report the same at 1090 immediately.
And when all of us are free from the candle light vigils happening these days everywhere & for those of you who want to play a more active & meaningful role in securing your work place, your home, the neighbourhood where your child plays & the school where your child learns please join JNSS ' the newly formed organization which has dedicated itself to secure the life of every citizen. A few days back the police claimed that ' they have "Encountered" - The Blast Kingpin & even martyred a celebrated encounter specialist M.C.Sharma at Jamia Nagar. The nation paid homage to departed soul over tall claims made by the police. Our national leaders vehemently played to the chorus. My deepest condolences rest with the bereaved family.
I personally hope against hope that M.C.Sharma was not done away through a fake encounter.Otherwise, how do you explain that a hardcore encounter specialist (the genuinity of the same is left for the Gods to judge) who was 75 "encounters" old go unprepared without proper safeguard vestments, to investigate about a terrorist holed up somewhere in Jamia Nagar. Mind you ! his senior & predecessor ACP Rajbir was also shot dead (done away with). I wonder what M.C.Sharma's post mortem report said. Bullets hit from the back or were they bullet injuries sustained from the front.
Surprisingly the blasts have rocked us once again & that when the police claimed that ' they have "Encountered" - The Blast Kingpin; although as per TV reports, this time it's a low intensity one in Mehrauli. Who dunnit ? Probably the Kingpin's ' "Ghost"??

Let me come directly to the points.Every day we shudder to go out thinking of a new terrorist attack & rubbish stories of police trying to stem terrorism. The truth is that the police are clueless & the terrorists are striking at will.
I ask the government after all who created these terrorists…. I strongly feel that the Gujarat riots & the heartless rapes of the children & women during these riots gave birth to the so called Islamic terrorism as quoted by some idiot who sent me an sms this morning. However, I feel may be that stupid eccentric thought is not all that wrong.
If Gujarat created islamic terrorists then I sincerely hope against hope that kandhamal (Orissa), Belgaum(Karnataka) & now Nedumbassery (in Kerala) do not create christian terrorists in the country.I am not surprised that the centre has kept mum & the state has inadvertently sponsored this religious terrorism in all its bloody form. Infact I am ashamed that this is the secular India we are talking about.
We need to have a responsible & tough government, who is in charge & who is not waiting for things to happen & take its toll, rather, I feel we need to have a government which is stern, strong & responsible enough to take a stand at the first instance. It is time that organizations like Bajrang dal are banned & any such similar organizations propagating killing & terror in the minds of a human being, irrespective of what religion he belongs to is completely banned without recourse.
Conversion or no conversion, a religion is not a religion if it advocates or justifies cutting short a human life. And a government is worthless & useless if doesn’t know how to control these bloody marauders in the name of religion. For BJP to have sponsored these terrorists activities through its terror arm like Bajrang Dal or any other anti-social outfit is deplorable & unfortunate. And for congress to not have taken action inspite of being in control of the Central Government is pathetic for the country.
Warnings & crocodile tears is not what the centre should do rather stern & tough punitive actions is what is the need of the hour. These political thieves are tearing the country apart & the lack of political will is creating unfathomable glitches in the life of an unsuspecting commoner, called the commom man.

Everytime there is a bomb blast anywhere in the country the Honourable home minister does a catwalk with the press in toe & comes up with a tape recorded version of condemning the attack & announcing measle sized compensations. The opposition also doesn’t waste time either in using the hot oppurtunity to not only criticize the attack but also use it as a platform to demand for an early election.
Every concerned citizen of this country condemns the dastardly act of terrorism & recommends the following to be implemented immediately with utmost urgency:
(a) The useless but lavish intelligence department needs to be restructured & held accountable &punishable for any failures.
(b) The Home minister should be a person with a passion for the Job or a man with creditable profile & experience to handle the job.
(c) Implementing strict anti- terrorism laws like POTA & MOCOCA with immediate effect.
(d) Putting in place a regulatory authority to ensure strict punitive measures to all responsible for the misuse of the same.
I feel it is high time that all the affluent political parties utilize this time to lend out every support to the families of the afflicted & ensure that their lives are restored & rehabilitated in a meaningful way than them being left alone with a feeling of being orphaned.
These parties must now adopt & implement nation building policies instead of continuing with useless, ineffective, insincere & populist divisive policies.

Hey… friends,
Long long time I kept away from here………. Sadly many sea changes have happened in between. Kandhamal to Kosi…. life has either been slaughtered or disarrayed completely. If the former was a story of deliberate slaughter of innocent lives by the terrorists within the country then the latter was a shocking story of nature wrecking havoc on unsuspecting lives. In both the cases… our country bleeds….. & at 61+ …… still crawls …. crippled & distraught…

I am sure that you are aware of the consistent efforts of JAGO PARTY to oppose the devilish divisive Reservation policy. As a part of its main & top most agenda of "removing Reservation" and to gather support from the masses we have decided to contest the fast approaching Delhi Vidhan Sabha elections due to be held this year.
JAGO party shall be contesting on all the 70 seats together in cooperation with other like minded parties who unconditionally oppose reservation. About 15 candidates have already been chosen. The screening for remaining 55 candidates is still on & shall be completed before the 15th of Aug 2008.
Delhi Vidhan Sabha is not only crucial in terms of national politics but also in terms of influencing the much needed legislative changes by coercing the Central government into accepting the party's stand on reservation in the larger interest of the country.
We use this opportunity to call upon all the student unions/groups/organizations, transport association, RWA's, PAG's, labour unions, various forums & NGO's working at different levels to come forward & unite together to bring people together in their own capacities & to come forward & Vote for JAGO PARTY & its other anti-reservation allies in Delhi.
We do not need another Bhagat Singh but we certainly need persistent & committed souls. We cannot wait for another 60 years in the hope of reservation & corruption, dying off by itself rather let us vow to eliminate it now.
Also by winning the Delhi Vidhan Sabha, we will be setting the precedence for the constructive parties & the educated masses to come forward cohesively with marked aggression & partake in active politics which is the need of the hour.
Your active participation can ensure country's progress in defeating the casteist & divisive political forces. This is certainly our best chance to win provided we can all come together & vote for JAGO PARTY.
Delhi Vidhan Sabha election is proposed in November 2008
To confirm your support , SMS “JAGO ” to 575758

Finally ! Dr.Talwar as predicted in my previous blog gets a clean chit from the CBI. It would be a great relief for the poor soul who was mercilessly disgraced & tortured by the Noida police & the Meerut IG Gurdarshan Singh, who had gone a step further propagating a baseless theory of honour killing .So much for the concern of the law enforcers for the citizens of this country.
I take this oppurtunity to condole the death of the sweet little baby Aarushi, just as the Talwar family, who would be grieving the death of their dearest daughter at their in laws at L-245, Sector -25, Noida, for the first time after having been desperately been surrounded with the TRP hungry media of all sorts, for so long.
Sometimes in the jail, Dr.Talwar might have medidated on a bigger crime he committed i.e.of being born an Indian.
I strongly feel,we desperately need to build a new supportive social system demolishing completely the corrupt & criminal system that we currently live in. A new system which does not stigmatize you for being born in this country.

Assuming Dr Talwar is innocent,I am just forced to think about the trauma which this broken hearted father might be going through. Here is a dead soul, who has just lost his dear daugther, his pain had not even subsided that he was arrested, accused & stigmatised as the “killer father”, and to cap it all;is now currently being tormented, tortured & traumatized by a hostile police who is seeking vengeance for his reportedly initial abusive answers to them.Isn’t he already going through hell?
