I have watched this movie many times, though it was not a hit. But all the songs were heart touching. Neither the actor nor the actress became popular. But the songs were very melodious. Its lyrics were also meaningful.
Thnaks for sharing such a beautiful song.

Deby Ji u have hit the nail on the head. You can write a simple white paper and can send it as an official request to PMO office of Home Ministry….
    I m seriuos…..

I think the thing u r implying to is already in process and it’’s called “Voter’’s ID”. Now, this is similar to your concept of Identification Card, but it is more specifically for Voting purposes. But can also be used for various others if need be (i think). Anyways, i feel government should pursue the voter’’s ID program more aggressively, well it is doing that, but then too maybe do a bit more. Happy Blogging.

nice idea but so many things to think….if we have not been able to provide any one of 21 identity proofs to everyone.how do we ensure that one will be provided to very one…..we are too huge a nation and a democracy to maintain everything…..but once your idea is implemented……online voting is a not a thing far away thats my word…..

you are absolutely right and I fully agree with you. but it will not happen. sure enough. the politicians want many with no identity card.

    Hiii !!
What u ve written needs to be presented in the parliament., & certainly not in the dustbin.
I have on numerous occassions, suggested people pf higher authority for a need of Personal Identity No. ( PID ). This no. becomes an identity of every citizen of the country. His & his family’’s data gets recorded in the database, & so does Birth & Death of any member. It brings enormous benefits in terms of Planning, Security, Distribution, Economics & Census, etc.
Please Please pursue it further, if u can..
    Regards,
    Mukesh

THE IDEA IS GOOD FOR URBAN AREAS BUT NOT SO GOOD FOR RURAL ONE.
THE PRESENT VOTER ID SYSTEM I FEEL IS GOOD PROVIDED THE DEPTT WORK ENTIRE YEAR AND NOT JUST DURING ELECTIONS. ALSO I FEEL THAT ONLINE VOTING SHOULD BE ALLOWED THROUGH A UNIQUE PIN NO OR SOME SECRET CODE WHICH SHOULD COME ALONGWITH VOTER ID. THIS WILL BENEFIT MANY PEOPLE LIKE ME WHO CUDNT VOTE AS OUT OF STATE OR OUT OF COUNTRY OR FOR ANY OTHER REASON. I FEEL BEING AN INDIAN NATIONAL VOTING IS MY FUNDAMENTAL RIGHT AND IF FOR ANY REASON I AM NOT ABLE TO CAST MY VOTE THAT AMOUNTS TO INFRINGMENT OF MY RIGHTS….WHAT YOU SAY…

not only a feasible idea, rather, a must have.you are absolutely right, the status of individual identification is very poor in India, urban and rural alike.for instance, i have lost my DL, i have my name wrongly printed in my voters id, my name was incorrect in my pan card, sent for correction ages ago………..no news till date….virtually i dont have any identification today!

nothing helps in a state of confusion-especially when the illiterates berate literates,criminal-dossier holders oust social-workers and dynastic rulers reign over grassroot-leaders- and in a nation ridden with a plethora of problems such as casteism, reservations, refugees, illegal migrants and fake registrants and juvenile-voters[imagine being asked to form a mind to or not to elect a certain manifesto when these straplings hardly ''stand on their feet''],and the llike…options ought to be open and borne with in light of the legal maxim which declares ”equality of law;equality before law”.in the name of ”adult suffrage”,you election-duty personnel do suffer…until we become a cent per cent literate nation - when your apt suggestion becomes feasible as well as practicable mam.GOD BLESS INDIA!!!

Ahhhh Rajesh Rai is absolutely to the pint- we have a licence raj system in t he country- more the cards, more the bribes we pay, and more the chaos… the IAS does not have the vision at all to correct the anomalies and exceptions it creates!

Most of the countries have a card called national identity card. It is card which is given at birth and remains a part of their life… thru out their life….every significant event is recorded on it…..even the tax paying, education…linked thru computer it is updated yearly…that is how we can mange this problem……. giving numbers and cards..the national identity!
