I joined, Catholic Church in its Religious Order Trinitarians at the age of 17 and I became a temporary Member of that Order, as per the norms of Catholic Church and Norms of that Religious Order. This is under the belief that Church is an institution, which always seeks the guidance of the Holy Spirit and try to do things objectively.

As for me, the things are experienced very differently. (May be because of my lack of intelligence capacity as church always wanting me to believe). I am not going to go to all the problems I have suffered (as per the Church they would say that I have made them suffer ' But I will be only able to take my views as objective, till some one actually debut it. Which have never been debuted by any body from the church). Church authorities Including, Office in Vatican, Nuncio's Office, CBCI, Major Arch Bishop of Kerala and all the authorities of my Order have never gave me any response, except provincial who gives me punishment transfers very often.

THERE WILL EXISTS ALWAYS PEOPLE TO SAY THAT I HAVE DONE THIS WRONG; I HAVE DONE THIS BAD THING ETC. But since faith is my faith, and since I believe I have done everything to objectively look in to the institutionalized Catholic Church to find out some objectivity, I personally have experienced that Church is an institution that stands always to cheat. As per me Church cheats in the name of religion, religious life, religious activities, social activities etc (and against which I have raised my voice many times). Now people may bring opposition to these also. Many of the things I will be able to rebut, and I admit that there may be some good individuals in the church who may be doing some good. But on the whole, what I have seen is Church doing a kind of work that always satisfy some forces which are not good for common people.

Now Since, Believing the teachings of the Church I sacrificed marriage life, family life and a life with income .etc. All other works presently I am doing, would have done by me, other wise also, because I was this way constitutionally from the beginning. SINCE CHURCH DESTROYED MY LIFE IN THE NAME OF CATHOLIC RELIGIOUS FAITH, I AM GOING TO BLOCK THE MASS OF MUMBAI CATHEDRAL CHURCH ON 20/07/07.

Church as they do to many who oppose them, can Kill me using many kinds of methods (Including injecting poison which may provide by Vatican), Church can use its influential People and very religious people to beat me up (as it is not new to church, because during inquest period church used to do this), Church can put me in mental hospital, because church has lots of psychologists and psychiatrists who can declare that I am mentally ill (and as many of the time church does to rebellious people, church can deactivate me by giving strong drugs and sedatives), or other wise Church can get me arrested by police. As I had told to Trichur Arch Bishop and which I have repeated to the letter written to all the bishops of India on25^th of June 2007 I again repeat that : "Since I receive no responses, I am going to Stop the Mass of Trichur Cathedral tomorrow. When I told the Arch Bishop of Trichur about this, Arch Bishop had told me that, he would call police and get me arrested. I am ready to get arrested. But I will be coming out, and then again I will be stopping the mass. Then again Church can get me arrested. Then again I will be stopping the mass. Church can get me tortured by police or the people of the church, or even killed."

In that letter I had asked for an Obedience letter: "WHAT I AM ASKING FOR IS THE OBEDIENCE LETTER TO DO THE CHARISM OF THE ORDER AS PER THE CONSTITUTION and finance for that as the money is spend for the formation. I am not asking anything more." Here the Provincial superior have given me an obedience letter as they had given me in 2004, that is waste my life doing nothing. MANY will have difference of opinion, but taking into consideration, all the events and discussions, and psychological tests I have undergone, “I believe” that this obedience letter is just to satisfy some people and not drawn as per the discussions and as per the Charism of the Order. BECAUSE OF THE ABOVE "MY" PERCEPTIONS, I AM DISOBAYING THIS LETTER.

And as a protests, I am going to Block the Mass of Mumbai Cathedral Church. If I am alive and out of Prison, Mental Hospital, or any other hospital where church may confine me, I will be blocking the masses wherever I get the chance "TILL MY DEATH, OR TILL A CONCLUSION COME TO MY PERCEPTION AS TRUE AND JUST TAKING IN TO CONSIDERATION THE PAST EVENTS, CHARISM OF THE ORDER AND ACTIVITIES IN WHICH I HAVE GOT TRAINED MY SELF AND INVOLVED WITH THE PERMISSION OF THE CHURCH."

SICNE THESE THINGS HAVE NOT HAPPENED I DENOUNCE THE FAITH OF THE CATHOLIC CHURCH, I SAY THAT I DO NOT OBEY POPE OR MY RELIGIOUS SUPERIORS AND I DENOUNCE THE BODY AND BLOOD OF CHRIST IN EUCHARIST PUBLICALLY. Joy

The immediate reason for this letter is: At present I am under Province of America. In April He had asked me to come to Kerala Under obedience and to participate in Delegate Chapter. He had told me that, after the delegate election, and discussion with the delegate, He will give me assignment. This delegate election and discussion was over in April 15, and as per the discussion provincial had told me that he would send me an Obedience letter. Even though two months are past, till now I have not received obedience letter regarding what I am suppose to do as per the Charism of the Order.
I have taken Religious Obedience, does not mean that Any body is permitted to abuse me as per their wishes. Since there are much past events, I have no other option but to take serious measures.
I had called the Arch Bishop of Trichur regarding this, and I explained to him the situation. Since, the present General is one of the person, who has involved in these disputes, and Since I had corporate with Provincial and Provincial council for solving the dispute as amicably as possible and since, the treatment I receive is not appropriate as per me and as per the constitution of the Order, the proposal of Arch Bishop of Trichur to approach General of the Order (Fr. Jose Narlely, who had a big role in all these problems) is not acceptable to me.
Since I receive no responses, I am going to Stop the Mass of Trichur Cathedral tomorrow. When I told the Arch Bishop of Trichur about this, Arch Bishop had told me that, he would call police and get me arrested. I am ready to get arrested.
