    FRIENDS,
ALWAYS PREFER VEG FOOD, IT IS EASIER TO DIGEST, MOREOVER, IT KEEPS US AWAY FROM SO MANY DISEASES, WE SHOULD EAT TO LIVE ONLY NOT LIVE TO EAT– FOR THE SAKE OF TASTE DO NOT TAKE IN GARBAGE LIKE NON VEG ETC.

I want to say veg food is easy to digest but I am a non-vegetarian. I feel eat whatever you like, but enjoy it rather than making fuss over it.

good thinking. but is differ here that veg is for us and healthy non veg is not. simple veg is seed it grows and non veg sinks

Its a matter of personal choice. Primarily, its the function of where you were born and what your mother fed you. However, as you grow and find out alternatives, try & taste them and make your own views, you choose to eat or not eat what you like. Most of the cases, what mother fed you remains your “the preferred meal/ eating option” Generally, the guiding principle should be that its well cooked and you love eating it- besides, it should be healthy and simple.

I think you are missing main point here of Healthy food. One should consider intake of salt, fat etc while talking about healthy food. The junk food consumed by many makes them happy and they may not have digesting problem. Does not make this healthy food.
