Hi madhuri, plz. you do yoga, & PRANAYAM.WATCH BABA ramdeo’’s pranayam methods & you do all five types of pranayam,mostly Kapalbhati, I have reduced 12 KG weight in one year , by doing Kapalbhati Pranayam for 20 minutes daily morning.
One thing more mostly you drink warm water all the time,it will also reduce the weight,& keep your Intestine Clean.Dont drink cold water.
Nothing to worry dear Madhu, go for regular walk, say no to oil and fat completely, reduce sugar contents, go for fruits and vegetables and do meditation / yoga everyday , try to be away from stress.
there is no shortcut to fitness or loosing weight….. most of the time if you wish to control it u should focus on achieving it slowly and at gradual pace……concentrating on diet and bit of exercise both….. u can eliminate sweets or lessen them that wil also help
ok i will help u.get up early in the morining and go for morning walk at 5:00 clock in morning.in breakfast if u eat paranthas then please eat rotis with a glass of milk and in lunch take heavy salad with some sprouts with lassi.and in dinner please eat dal and rice and chapati with a bowl of curd.follow this till month and see the reduction of weight
