DEATH OF “TINKOO”….WHO IS RESPONSIBLE ?

“TINKOO” a small four year boy died in the ambulance & brought dead to the hospital. at SIMLA….Reason ???? The road was blocked by two major political parties ( CONGRESS & BJP) as their supporters were holding rallies outside the VIDHAN SABHA. The poor boy was counting his last breath being caught in this mindless & useless rally. The ambulance could not reach the nearby hospital in time. The helpless parents of ” TINKOO” took the boy on their hand & rushed to the hospital to save their child. Imagine what feeling they would have in their mind ? None of these political people have an iota of sympathy to give a HELPING HAND to the poor boy. TINKOO was brought to SIMLA from a nearby village SARKA GHAT for treatment. If he could have reach just 10 - 15 minutes before, his life could have saved. Ultimately he was brought BRAINDEAD.
Now both the parties have given apology !!!!! Only simple apology ? Will this bring back boy’s life ? If a political leader would have died on road due to road block by common public…what would have been the reaction of the same political party & their followers ?????? Crores rupees worth of public property would have damaged, hungama & lathicharge…so on….
What about TINKOO.. ? Will anybody be held responsible for his DEATH ?
