Yesterday it was Holy “Bakri-id”…A holy festival for our muslim brothers & sisters all over the world.It was a day for them to remember the true value of sacrifice…but not to GLORIFY the sacrifice in other way.

Every year millions of Animals are killed (in the name of sacrifice) on this day.& it happened yesterday also.

Cows,goats,sheep,camels…etc( you name it, they have it).Somebody told me that camels are the flavour of this season & are the most sought after animals this time.Animals were slaughtered asif there is no tomorrow for them.

I AM NOT BIASED AGAINST ANY PARTICULAR COMMUNITY & I AM NOT RAISING THE QUESTION ABOUT ANY PARTICULAR OCCASION OR RIUTUALS…

What i am asking here is the absense of any kind of VOICE or PROTEST from any quarter of NGO,ACTIVIST OF ANIMAL PROTECTION GROUPS,BLUE CROSS SOCIETY,STATE GOVT..etc.!!!!!!

Why they are mum ?Where is Menaka gandhi & band of pseudo protector of animal right activist ?They used to make hue & cry on other occasions.Different standard & yard sticks ? ANY ANSWER ?
