Long days, after creating my own rediff blog site, I was thinking what should be my first post! I was just visiting everyday to have a look on everybody's blogs but couldn't decide how should I start! It's not just because I wanted to be launched with a striking post but because of I'm not a good writer or thinker to create anything good of my own 
But then I came contact of Chethna Shenoy's post regarding Woman's expectation of special treatments, and I realised WOMAN is the subject I was looking for. And I should give her post a tribute as a man. Not through a appreciating comment on her page, but with my first post.
Since my childhood, when I was even in the class 2, I am hearing girls have something to say or complain against us, the boys. Since then, till date, lots of bytes have been printed / talked on the "women against men" or "man dominated world" issue. It seems to be a never ending matter. "Men are these" " men are that" …"Women liberation" …"rights"… oh God give me a break! Sometimes I wonder of providing those women a different world who doesn't want us in their lives! They have so many things to say against us but still they take each and every opportunity of being a woman at public places, bus seats, ticket counters with ladies cues etc.
But then, on the contrary, when I see Men take the advantage of being physically strong by eve-teasing, rapes, humiliations I feel ashamed as a man. When news flashes of recent Sati cases or throwing of innocent new born girl children out side through a window of a nursing home in Rajasthan and that to by a woman, and many more crimes, I shocked what men left an impression to women's mind of themselves. Then why shouldn't they hate us when statistics shows in a minute how many women being raped; how many girl child are being killed; how many women being a victim of the shameful, old dowry system till date.
Hey woman being a man, I beg your pardon, on behalf on the man kind for doing all the nonsense to you-the God's greatest creation. In spite of that Women are sweet, patient, calm, caring & that they work all day for us in home and by the grace of God, man & woman are still living together in the same society.
Still Renuka Shindey and her sis, mother, being of woman, are the terrible exceptions made us spellbound killing 8 innocent children below the age of 5.
Hi Kalyan, thanks for posting such a wonderful blog , wish every men should think like u and pay respect to the feelings and emotions of women then only our society will become free from the shameful deeds like rape , eve teasing and female infanticide . What women ask is to be treated with respect, care and compassion and ofcourse as equal humans and not lesser human beings. For centuries women have been treated, conditioned to live as inferior beings. This was not their doing, the powerful patriarchial system in the society treated women thus. So today you will see that women will treat other women badly just because they have been conditioned like that.
I disagree with what one reader has said below that women are themselves responsible for their misery.
On the whole, your blog is great. I have also posted a blog on women called : Women are women’’s enemies. Take some time to read that.

Who is complaining against men?We women cant imagine life without men.I am indebted to all those MEN who treat us at par,dont take advantage of women and are helpful.The social scene has changed in last few years,but it would be nice to see women who are not self conscious,simple in dressing up,hard working and dedicated to their families.All men would respect such qualities and treat women as individuals.Not men but women themselves are responsible for their own miserable state.
A good post. good because u paused to realise something, the FLAWS. The flaws r flaws and they do not come packaged in d shape of man/women. It is a general human tendency. what is needed, is to become a good human being n respect the individuality of the opposite sex. neither a man/nor a woman is more imp./powerful than d other. both need each other and better if v understand this sooner n instead of fighting battles for supremacy, understand and respect each other..
I agree with your views but did you aware that woman torture man as the legal position is inclined towrds them. What about those inconent man who is put behind bar on a single complaint u/s 498 of Indian Peneal Code for dowery harressment that to without investigation. What about those woman taking advantage for being a woman. I am not against womem but you must consider these sites also. Lastlly i conclude that for me woman is a creator and that thing can not be denied.

Well, I don”t know how honest you R in your views. To understand a woman you should live her life. Either an ignorant from any remote village in India or a highly successful woman from any Indian Metro she fights throught her life to be recognized as a fellow human being by any male who crosses her way - her father, brothers, classmates, friends, husband, in laws, colleagues and even her son.
In one way or other she has to face the harsh reality of life that she is only under a man. She has respect, care and love only if she silently accept this without complaints, the moment she roses up for her identity she is made to realize the harsh reality of life that they just don”t care for you any more.
