Your silhouette
Walking through the old route,
Everything looked the same,
Lazy blue of early morning,
Snow covered pines and fallen maple leaves,
Mesmerizing fragrance of tulips,
Swanky white mountain tips,
Placid blue river rocking in the Willowy breeze ,
The skiing up and splashing down of ocean waves,
Those impersonate branches spreading green calm,
Everything looked the same,
But your silhouette was missing,
For me everything seemed pale and frozen,
Because it was you who defined my dawns,
Tinted my evenings with right colours ,
Attached meaning to my nights ,
Redefining our love for each other,
My entire being clamored for you.
But Time elapsed drifting us miles apart,
And Filling me with barrenness,
Yet each day my search continued,
Yearning to hear your sound from nowhere.
