Paradigm Shift
The change has happened, am in a new city with a new job and a new pad. but this place feels so different from the city of joy ~ Kolkata! As I begin to get use to the hustle n bustle of Mumbai I am also quite liking the change.
Life is so good here too. Kolkata was laid back easy going. But Mumbai has a certain speed, a certain degree of energy floating around which automatically makes you do what you wouldnt believe u can, like taking those stairs at the flyovers which I thought would always exhaust me, I do it with ease now.
The local trains, the BEST, the disco-autos, the cool-cabs and the good old Victoria ride…. sigh how I wish my good companion was here with me while I was in the Victoria breezing past the Marine Drive pomernade.
But I guess Mumbai is a great place and I can immerse myself in work and forget about her…..
