nope arun , hvnt seen renoir’s….& nope, i’m not a film student tho’ i’ve done one solitary FA course…as for the trilogy, the 1st is my fav….
thats ok..there are gonna be 3 repeats trow.. 12.30am, 4.30 am and at 10 am.. so am sure to catch up..just checked up with star world

Hi Arun…great to hear from you. Am actually writing professionally- kinda- for this website called NowRunning.com… my reviews can also be read there. Yeah I agree that many of the reviewers write crap, but there are some excellent ones- to whom I don’t hold a candle…Raja Sen, Baradwaj Rangan are my favorites- objective, passionate, knowkedgable and incredibly erudite and witty.

aah good question… well i would write about a nice and happy family … thats my family… that would always remain the way it is .. :)… pretty boring story but i am a happy person
and want to hold on to this forever … and oh yes… i must win that 10 lakh jackpot :P…! Hey why dont u throw this question in a blog form.
i guess i’ll work on the idea a bit more and make it grow into a proper short story… sometime during the weekend or lunch :P…. thanks … he he!

oh! I have realised short stories are not my cup of tea… so i just left that chapter 1 at that and have no plans to write a chapter 2….:)

Hi Arun…believe me, I’m no good at poetry. I’ve tried it a couple of times (only in my head), but I really don’t know where to begin. I feel like an absolute dunce when I see some of the poetry people write on iLand, and I really wonder how you all do it. But I do wish you’d increase the frequency of your posts.

Thanks for your comments. As of now, it looks like Hamilton only. But this is F1, we never know. Kimi cannot be written off easily and so is the case with Alonso. Filippe is also close by. Let us see. As far as narayan is concerned, I don’t think he will make it to Spykar also. They are already talking to Christian Klien. He has more experience. narayan is already 30. His best bet is to continue testing with Williams and try his hand in A1 GP. By the way there are roumers that he may go for racing in GP2 (demotion). Is it true? -Padmanabhan

Hi, never mind…the French GP will be here soon. I don’t think there’ll ever be an Indian GP…they already seem to have forgotten about it. IMy new semester has started, and I’m back at college, ploughing through all the work.

An all-Brit team…good idea. Maybe Ron Dennis won’t be too happy with Alonso by the end of the season and your dream will come true. You might like to watch the US GP for Hamilton’s sake :). You’re right, I’m not a movie buff, I might just watch one on TV if I feel like it.

G’Morning! Yes, Davidson is with Super Aguri and this is perhaps not the best place for him to flaunt his talents. Alonso has also begun cribbing about not being given as much importance as Hamilton…so typical of him! I’d have loved to see him drive with Michael Schumacher as his teammate.

ah well… i did catch a friend red handed once ;)… i wouldn’t call any of it autobiographical but its all from various incidents i have witnessed/heard of…. and some generalizations… like me and many of my married friends do take time off for a few minutes at a coffee shop with our respective hubby when returning from work. so i guess… it a bit of everybody’s life in the story. I’ll edit it and try to make the narrator sound more eloquent… that was a good point.. thanks

As for The Blue Umbrella- it has been shown at festivals, but no release yet…hopefully will (finally) release this year!
