Another project in Gilgit-Baltistan!

Hey, no problem if US undertakes a project in our territory without our knowledge or consent? The US has just signed a 66 million dollar aid agreement with Pakistan for constructing two multi-purpose dams, one of which is the Satpara dam in……well, well….Gilgit-Baltistan! But then, Isn’t Gilgit-Baltistan an integral part of India? How can the US violate with impunity our territorial integrity and sovereignty? China violated first, and now US is emulating China! Some G-2 game plan? Worse still, does it suggest a nuanced shift in US policy on Kashmir?
