Matter of Life

A man need not Grow tall and fat like a tree to be good and perfect. Nor he needs a long life like an oak that stands for three hundred years and falls shrunk, shriveled and bald.

            A lily blooms only for a day in the month of May. It looks beautiful. It brings Joy to all who look at it. Indeed one can be perfect even thought our has a small, frail body and lives a short life. There is no doubt that it does not matter how long we live. All that matter is the way we live. Our achievements depend on our actions.

            " Choti se girne se adhik chot lagti hai.

            Asthi to jud jati hai par pira man ko sulgati hai.

            Eska arth ya v nahi ki.

            Choti par chadhne ki chunoti ko na mane,

            Eska arth yeh v nahi ki,

            Paristhithi par vijay pane kin a thane."

Life is a dream, a delicion, whereas

Death is the truth, and nacked reality.

            Man only loves charities and gifts and forgets the divine donor the true Lord.

Because he has conveniently forgotten the reality of death.

            Overtaken by spell of sensual attractions and pleasured, one seeks only materials benefits and worldly luxuries. Thus we remain deprive of the bliss and aura of divine.

            'Remembrance of death is only safe-guard.'

From Guru-Granth Sahib-

"Bol na Janay maya mad mata

Merna cheet na aavay."

            Totally intoxicated with the wine of maya, a mortal completely forget death and does not know what he talks about.

            Breath are countless and with every passing day thousands of these valuable breaths are wasted in impermanent attachment to this body and life. Attachment to this perishable body composed five element is futile and vain.

                        "paanch tat ke tan rachio, Jano chatar sujan.

                        Jeh te upjio Nanaka, Leen tahin meh maan."

            The perishable body is composed of the five elements, ether, air, fire, water and earth.

            These five elements disintegrate and dissolve after death. Then why not remain anchovies in the immortal 'Jot', turned with the Lord? A wise differentiation between matter and spirit is a must. Only then the link of Jot with the param jot is established and bliss experienced.

            "To be a man to give, not take to serve, not rule, to nourish, not devour to help, not crush, if need to die, not live."

With my wings of faithThis heart will learn to flyKeep your windows

Let this love come inside
With your hands in mine
This life will
pass me by
Eternity to sleep in peace
Yet no time for goodbyes

Fly
me to the moon
Sing for me your lullaby
Mirror would lie your
beauty
Simply look in my eye
With my will to dream
These nightmares
would cry
Hear voices my love
Its time for me to die

A fault to little BOY,

An act for a LOVER,

An accomplishment for a BACHLOR,

And, A matter of survival for MARRIED MAN

Nighaon se Nighahe mila ke to dekho,

Naye logo se riste bana ke to dekho,

Dil ki hasrato ko chupane se kya phayada,

Kavi to apni hoat hila kar to dekho,

Jaan se ho gaye badan khali,

Tumhe jab v dekha to ho gaya mera ankh khali,

Jo kuch hai es dil me kar do bayan,

Kavi to kisi ke sath eshe jata ke dekho.
