well it’s too hot nowadays.
As i m nowadays in Mussorie, it is a strange weather here. sometimes it rains along with the sun shine and it looks wonderful when u look at the rain drops.

water is a beautiful element of the nature.gets moulded in the form u want it and also the color changes with the surroundings.
wish we had people also of that nature,who could be 360 degree flexible.

they seem to be always angry and when they say ” U did a good job” , sometimes they just mean that “I could have done in the better manner”.
Don’t they drink water! they should understand that sometimes their appreciation is not only going to motivate the people but also increase the productivity of their organization . one thing more is at times , they tend to be too partial .A boss who has a head on the shoulders and who is impartial will surely be an effective boss.
