But in a big open city like Mumbai or Delhi, with its multitudes of floating populations, how much of surveillance is practical or possible? I say it is. Do you know one new channel did a dry run with boxes (assume ammo) not one two but three times right up to the door of the Taj!!! No one stopped them anywhere. A survey of the coastal guards showed how they were housed in shacks with an indifferent manager, had Dawoods old smuggling vessles manned by fisherfolk who did round and knew not why. half didnt turn up for "work". Now tell me when the coast is like this why talk of the city? The oil rigs worth thousands of crores sit like duck to be rammed by a good speedboat. Can we call ourselves a sovereign country. Should the politicians not be hanged for treason? Dont let them cop out with qns like what can we do?
