देश के लोग तो तुम जैसे हद से जयादा समझदार बुद्धिजिवियौं को मुक्ति दे नहीं सकते. क्यूंकि 
अब तुम सब इतने अधिक समझदार हो गए हो कि डर लगता है कि कहीं तुम सब कल को 
अपनी माँ से ही न कहने लगो कि वो जिसे तुम्हारा बाप कह रही है तुम्हारे अनुसार तो वो 
तुम्हारा बाप है ही नहीं तुम्हारा बाप तो कहीं अमेरिका या पाकिस्तान होगा.

एक बार फिर से अरुंधती राय जैसे बुद्धिजिवियौं को बधाई क्यूंकि अब उम्मीद है कि वो दिन   दूर नहीं जब ये बुद्धिजीवी पकिस्तान या अमेरिका का झंडा खुद अपने हाथौं से लाकर लालकिले  पर लगायेंगे और हम सब भारतबासी उसी खुसी में इनकी बुद्धिजिवता के गुण गाएंगें और इनकी  समझदारी के लिए इन्हें फूलों के हार पहनाएंगे.

Child Labour is a sin with humanity in

Childhood is a vital and powerful experience in each individual’s lifetime. It is the most important and impressionable period of learning. Throughout all of the height and the lows, Childhood is remembered forever.

Ninety three million children ages ten to fourteen are working illegally in the world today. That makes up 14.5 percent of the population ages ten to fourteen. Why are these children working in the first place? The children are working for many reasons: in most cases people would think that these children are forced in to working. Although in some cases children go to work because their family is extremely poor and they feel they need to help get money. In other cases these children are physically forced into doing the work that no one else will. In few cases a child’s family could all die or just plane out leave him and they will adopted and forced to do work. Some children get sold to a manufacture and they are forced into working. Most of these children have no choice but to do work. These children aren’t always forced into doing all this work. That dose not mean that they like the work it means that the family might need the money or they might have no where else to go.

Herein we can say the roles of parent and child have been reversed. It should not be allowed to any community. The adults have more experience, more time usually better education, and a lot more knowledge. The children should definitely not have to suffer and to be forced to work. Employers get away with paying children a whole lot less.

Children at this age in many developing countries are working hard each and everyday with very low payout. Millions of youth are forced to work without any real choice whatsoever. The work absorbs so much of their time that school attendance is impossible. School is a very important period in life to every child poor or rich. School is where humans learn almost all the information they need to know and to use in the future. Education is to must for children and every child should attend school. They should not be forced to work. One out of every four children in developing countries is working. This is a sad statistic to humanity. Millions of children work and none of them should have to.

However, there are many organizations, such as UNICEF and the international Labour Organization (ILO), who concern about the problem and want to help the children around the world against child labour, and to help them from exploitation to get an education.

According to the problem, the employers, who hire the children, will be the one to blame for this problem because they are educated adults, who should know about the rights and moral. And the parents, who have no idea that their children’s future are worth more than money or gold, and how beautiful and amazing dream the children have if you ask them what they want to do or to be when they grow up. It is probably sure that no one wants to be the unpaid workers in the industries or fields if they have other opportunities to choose their own lives.

Introduction Mt. Kailash

Mt. Kailash, 6,740 m. is situated to the north of the Himalayan barrier, wholly within Tibet. It is the perfect mountain with awesome beauty, with 4 great faces. It is the spiritual center for four great religions: Tibetan Buddhism, Hinduism, the Jain religion and the pre Buddhist animistic religion - Bonpo. To Tibetans it is known as Khang Rimpoche (Precious Jewel of Snow) and they see it as the navel of the world. It is said that a stream from the mountain pours into a nearby lake and from here rivers flow in the four cardinal directions. The River of the Lion Mouth to the North, the River of the Horse Mouth to the east, the River of the Peacock Mouth to the south and the River of the Elephant Mouth to the West. Strangely enough, four major rivers do indeed originate near Kailash, the Indus, the Yarlung Tsangpo (Brahmaputra), the Karnali and the Sutlej. Tibetans believe that it is the residence of Demchog, a fierce looking tantric deity who lives there with his consort, Dorje Phagmo. For the Tibetans also, it is a particularly special place in that their poet saint Milarepa, spent several years here meditating in a cave.

For the Hindus Mount Kailash is the earthly manifestation of Mt. Meru,their spritual centre of the universe, described as a fantastic 'world pillar' 84,000 miles high, around which all else revolves, its roots in the lowest hell and its summit kissing the heavens. On the top lives their most revered God, Shiva, and his consort Parvati.

For the Jains, an Indian religious group, Kailash is the site where their first prophet achieved enlightenment. For the older, more ancient religion of Bon, it is the site where its founder Shanrab is said to have descended from heaven. It was formerly the spiritual center of Zhang Zung, the ancient Bon Empire that once included all of western Tibet. Bon people walk around the mountain in a counter clockwise manner, unlike the other religions.

Over the centuries pilgrims have constantly journeyed immense distances to achieve enlightenment or cleanse themselves of sin, braving enormous distances, particularly harsh weather and bandit attacks.

Although main focus of this trek is Mount Kailash in Tibet, the journey through Nepal’s border with Tibet at Zhangmu, Saga and Paryang to Darchen is culturally and scenically rewarding.

कभी साथ नहीं बैठ पाया गांधी का परिवार

मोहनदास करमचंद गांधी और कस्तूरबा के खून से पैदा हुई संतति की संख्या बढ़कर सौ के पार हो चुकी है लेकिन इस खानदान की मौजूदा पीढ़ी को अब तक एक भी ऐसा मौका मयस्सर नहीं हो सका है कि वे एक साथ जुट सके। तारा से लेकर तुषार तक परिवार के सदस्यों को इसका मलाल भी है।

महात्मा गांधी के दूसरे पुत्र मणिलाल गांधी के पौत्र तुषार गांधी ने इस बारे में पूछे जाने पर कहा कि यह नहीं हो पाया है। परिवार इतना फैल चुका है कि उसे एक साथ कर पाना मुश्किल हो गया है। उन्होंने बताया कि बापू और बा के चार पुत्रों हरिलाल, मणिलाल, रामदास और देवदास के पुत्र-पुत्रियों का वंश अब सौ से ऊपर हो चुका है और इस खानदान के कुल 130 सदस्य हिन्दुस्तान के अलावा दक्षिण अफ्रीका, अमेरिका, कनाडा इंग्लैंड और आस्ट्रेलिया आदि देशों में रह रहे हैं। इसी संदर्भ में गांधी के तीसरे पुत्र देवदास गांधी की ज्येष्ठ पुत्री तारा भट्टाचार्य ने कहा कि हमारी मर्जी तो बहुत है कि हमें मिलना चाहिए लेकिन हम सब अपने-अपने क्षेत्रों में लगे हैं। इस बारे में सोच भी है कि सभी इकट्ठा हों लेकिन हो नहीं पाया है।

कस्तूरबा गांधी राष्ट्रीय स्मारक न्यास की उपाध्यक्ष तारा ने बताया कि इस बारे में कोशिश की जा रही है और उन्हें उम्मीद है कि साल के अंत में ऐसा कोई समागम हो पाएगा। उन्होंने कहा कि विदेश में रहने वालों को जुटा पाना संभव नहीं हो पा रहा है लेकिन भारत में रहने वाले लोग समय समय पर मिलते रहते हैं और हमलोग खुश होते हैं।

करमचंद गांधी और पुतली बाई के सबसे छोटे पुत्र मोहन दास का विवाह मात्र 13 साल की उम्र में कस्तूरबा से हो गया था और उनके चार पुत्र हुए और उसके बाद यह खानदान लगातार बढ़ा है। महात्मा ने हालांकि भारतीय आजादी की लड़ाई की कमान संभालने से पहले 1914 में ही परिवार का परित्याग कर दिया था और सभी भारतीयों को अपना मानस पुत्र मान लिया था लेकिन गांधी के सबसे बड़े पुत्र हरिलाल की चार संतानें हुई और उनकी सबसे बड़ी पुत्री नीलम पारिख पिछले साल मुंबई में गांधी के अस्थि कलश विसर्जन में शामिल हुई।

महात्मा के सबसे बड़े पुत्र से मेल न खाने की बात सभी लोगों को पता है और उन्होंने खुद लिखा भी है कि मेरे जीवन के दो सबसे बड़े खेद- दो लोगों को मैं कभी रजामंद नहीं कर सका- मेरे मुस्लिम दोस्त मोहम्मद अली जिन्ना और मेरे अपने पुत्र हरिलाल गांधी।

नीलम ने अपने पिता पर एक पुस्तक भी लिखी है- महात्मा गांधीज लास्ट ट्रेजर-हरिलाल गांधी जिसमें इस बात पर कुछ रोशनी डाली गई है। गांधी के दूसरे पुत्र मणिलाल गांधी के एक पुत्र अरुण गांधी और दो पुत्रियां सीता और इला हुई। अरुण हाल के दिनों में विवादों में भी घिर गए थे जब उन्होंने वाशिंगटन पोस्ट वेबसाइट पर एक आलेख प्रकाशित किया जिसमें उन्होंने यहूदियों और इजरायल के बारे में कुछ टिप्पणी की। इस विवाद के बाद उन्हें अमेरिका के रोचेस्टर विश्वविद्यालय में उनके द्वारा स्थापित महात्मा गांधी शांति पीठ से इस्तीफा देना पड़ा।

अरुण गांधी के ही पुत्र तुषार गांधी हैं जो फिलहाल कांग्रेस पार्टी के सदस्य हैं और पेशे से बैंकर हैं। वह सामाजिक और राजनीतिक कार्यो में लगे हैं। महात्मा के तीसरे पुत्र रामदास की पुत्री सुमित्रा गांधी कुलकर्णी राज्यसभा [1972 से 1976] की सदस्य रहीं और आपातकाल के मुद्दे पर इंदिरा गांधी से उनका मतभेद हुआ। उन्होंने गांधी पर एक पुस्तक अनमोल विरासत लिखी और देश के राष्ट्रपति पद के चुनाव में उतर कर सर्वोच्च संवैधानिक पद तक पहुंचने का प्रयास भी किया। गांधी के सबसे छोटे पुत्र देवदास गांधी खुद हिन्दुस्तान टाइम्स के संपादक रहे और उन्हें कभी-कभार बापू के निजी सहायक के तौर पर साबरमति आश्रम में काम करने का भी मौका मिला। देवदास के एक पुत्र गोपाल कृष्ण गांधी मौजूदा समय में पश्चिम बंगाल के राज्यपाल हैं और उन्होंने पूर्व में भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा के अधिकारी के तौर पर विभिन्न देशों में भारतीय मिशनों में काम किया जिसमें श्रीलंका भी शामिल है जहां से उन्होंने अवकाश ग्रहण किया।

देवदास गांधी के एक अन्य पुत्र राजमोहन गांधी भी राज्यसभा के दो साल तक सदस्य रहे और उन्होंने पूर्व प्रधानमंत्री राजीव गांधी के खिलाफ लोकसभा का चुनाव लड़ा। राजमोहन ने कई पुस्तकें भी लिखी हैं। उनके सबसे छोटे भाई रामचंद्र गांधी पिछले साल जून में इंडिया इंटरनेशनल सेंटर में मृत पाए गए थे जो पेशे से दर्शनशास्त्र के प्रोफेसर थे और फक्कड़ी उनके मिजाज में थी। गांधी खानदान की अब पांचवीं छठीं पीढ़ी पैदा हो चुकी है और महात्मा गांधी हिज अपोस्टल्स पुस्तक के लेखक वेद प्रकाश मेहता के अनुसार गांधी खानदान के लोग कई देशों में जीवन बीमा बेचने से लेकर अंतरिक्ष इंजीनियरिंग तक के क्षेत्र में सक्रिय हैं। पोरबंदर से लोकसभा का चुनाव लड़ने की इच्छा रखने वाले तुषार ने गांधी रक्त वंशजों के राजनीति में सफल नहीं होने के बारे में पूछे जाने पर कहा कि मैं समझता हूं कि शायद हमारी काबलियत में वह नहीं है जो आज राजनीति में सफल होने के लिए चाहिए। बापू ने अपने जीवनकाल में परिवार को कभी आगे नहीं बढ़ाया और इसका सम्मान उस समय परिवार ने भी किया और राजनीति तथा सार्वजनिक जीवन से दूर रहा। उन्होंने कहा कि मेरे चाचा [राजमोहन], बुआ [सुमित्रा] और मैंने कोशिश की। हमारे में वह काबलियत नहीं है जो जरूरी होती है। जो निपुणता चाहिए वह शायद नहीं है। तुषार ने कहा कि उन्होंने 1998 में लोकसभा पहुंचने की कोशिश की लेकिन कामयाब नहीं हो सके। तुषार पहले समाजवादी पार्टी के सदस्य थे। उन्होंने बताया कि उनकी एक बुआ इला गांधी दक्षिण अफ्रीका में वहां की संसद की सदस्य रहीं। मणिलाल गांधी की पुत्री इला 1994 से 2004 तक दक्षिण अफ्रीकी संसद की सदस्य रहीं और वह गांधीवाद के प्रचार प्रसार में सक्रिय हैं।

महात्मा गांधी के परिवार के भारतीय राजनीति में सफल नहीं रहने के बारे में गांधी शांति प्रतिष्ठान के सचिव सुरेन्द्र कुमार ने कहा कि जिस तरह का संरक्षण अपने बच्चों को देकर अन्य राजनेता उन्हें आगे बढ़ाते हैं गांधीजी ने वह संरक्षण नहीं दिया। वे मानते थे जिनमें क्षमता है वे खुद आगे बढ़ें।

दिल्ली धमाकों की जांच ठंडे बस्ते

बाटला हाउस एनकाउंटर को लेकर उठे विवाद के बाद दिल्ली पुलिस ने सीरियल ब्लास्ट की तहकीकात को ठंडे बस्ते में डाल दिया है। दिल्ली एनकाउंटर और दो आतंकवादियों की गिरफ्तारी के बाद पुलिस महकमा फख्र महसूस कर रहा था। कामयाबी के तमगों के इंतजार में था। सोच रहा था कि उनकी तारीफ के पुल बांधे जाएंगे।

लेकिन ऐसा न हुआ। उलटे एनकाउंटर के बाद से ही कई लोगों ने इसकी सत्यता पर सवाल उठाए। कई लोगों ने इस बात पर कि आखिर चारों ओर से घिरे मकान एल-18 से दो लोग कैसे भाग निकले। सवाल शहीद इंस्पेक्टर की मौत पर भी उठे।

नतीजतन दिल्ली पुलिस ने सीरियल ब्लास्ट और एनकाउंटर की जांच से हाथ खींच लिए हैं। पुलिस वाले अब बर्रे के छत्ते में हाथ नहीं डालना चाहते। उन्हें डर है कि जांच के आगे बढ़ने के बाद कहीं राजनीतिक इच्छाशक्ति न होने के चलते उनके हाथ न बांध दिए जाएं।

दिल्ली धमाकों की जांच कर रही पुलिस ने 13 आतंकवादियों की लिस्ट बनाई थी। बाकि के आतंकवादी भी पकड़े जाते। लेकिन इन सवालों ने दिल्ली पुलिस को जहां का तहां खड़ा कर दिया है। जांच की इस कहानी में ट्विस्ट आया दो बयानों से। पहला बयान जामिया के वाइस चांसलर का और दूसरा एक वरिष्ठ केंद्रीय मंत्री का।

जामिया के वाइस चांसलर ने कहा कि वो उन लोगों को कानूनी मदद दिलवाएंगे जिनपर आतंकवादी होने का आरोप है। मुशीरुल हसन के इस बयान पर काफी बवाल मचा। पूछा गया कि आखिर आतंक से घिरे लोगों को कानूनी मदद देने मुशीरुल हसन जामिया के वाइस चांसलर के तौर पर आगे क्यों और कैसे आ सकते हैं।

सवालों से बचने के लिए वो केंद्रीय मानव संसाधन विकास मंत्री अर्जुन सिंह की शरण में चले गए। और वहां से उन्हें न केवल अभयदान मिला बल्कि समर्थन भी मिल गया। कहा जा रहा है कि इन दो बयानों ने दिल्ली पुलिस की कमर तोड़ दी और जांच ठंडे बस्ते में चली गई। दिल्ली पुलिस के पूर्व आयुक्त वेद मारवाह कहते हैं कि मंत्री ऐसी बात कहे तो पुलिस कंफ्यूज होती ही है।

अगर गड़बड़ी है तो एक्शन लीजिए। सरकार चुप है, मंत्री बोल रहा है।कहा तो यहां तक गया कि केंद्रीय गृह मंत्री के खिलाफ आ रहे बयानों से लोगों का ध्यान मोड़ने के लिए और वाहवाही लूटने के लिए ये एनकाउंटर करवाया गया। लेकिन पुलिस से जुड़े रहे लोगों का कहना है कि फर्जी एनकाउंटर में कभी कोई पुलिस वाला मारा नहीं जाता। वेद मारवाह के मुताबिक दिन में 11 बजे एनकाउंटर होता है।एक पुलिस वाला मारा जाता है। इससे बड़ी ट्रांसपैरेंसी क्या होगी।

सबूत से जाहिर होता है कि इनका लिंक कई राज्यों के ब्लास्ट से है। पुलिस को मलाल इस बात का भी है कि इस केस में सवाल वो लोग खड़ा कर रहे हैं जिन्होंने मौके का मुआयना तक नहीं किया और तो और ये लोग तो पकड़े गए या मारे गए लोगों से कभी मिले तक नहीं थे। फिर आखिर उन्हें बेगुनाह कैसे करार दे रहे हैं।

संतोष को ईमानदारी के बदले मिली मौत

महरौली धमाके में इंसानियत को झकझोर देने वाला एक मामला भी सामने आया है।

दरअसल 9 साल के संतोष की इस धमाके में मौत हो गई। संतोष को उसके भाई ने दो बजे के आसपास कुछ सामान लाने के लिए बाजार भेजा था। धमाके वाली जगह से निकलते वक्त संतोष एक दुकान पर टीवी देखने के लिए रुक गया।

इतने में काली पल्सर पर सवाल दो लोग उसके करीब ही एक पॉलीथीन फेंक कर आगे बढ़ने लगे। संतोष ने देखा कि सड़क पर एक पॉलीथीन गिरी हुई है। तो उसने बड़ी मासूमियत से बाइक सवारों से कहा- अंकल आपका सामान गिर गया है। ऐसा कहते हुए वह आगे बढ़ा और उसने उस काली पॉलीथीन को उठा लिया।

उस बच्चे को नहीं पता था कि जिसे वह दूसरे की अमानत समझ लौटाना जा रहा है वह दरअसल एक मौत का सामान है। काली पॉलीथीन में रखा बम उसके जैसे ही हाथ में लिया तभी एक जोरादार धमाका हुआ। धमाके में संतोष की मौत के बाद से परिवार सदमे में है।

दरअसल कई देशों के वैज्ञानिक पिछले 14 साल से एक ऐसी कोशिश में लगे हैं जिसमें अगर थोड़ी सी भी चूक हुई तो पूरी दुनिया तबाह हो सकती है। पृथ्वी ही नहीं इस ब्रह्मांड के कई ग्रह टूटकर चूर-चूर हो जाएंगे।

लेकिन सवाल ये है कि आखिर वैज्ञानिकों ने ऐसा क्या कर डाला कि दुनिया तबाही के मुहाने पर बैठी है। जानेंगे तो हैरान रह जाएंगे। दरअसल फ्रांस और स्विट्जरलैंड के कुछ वैज्ञानिक प्रकृति के राज जानने को उतावले हैं। ये ब्रह्मांड की शुरुआत के पीछे की वजह रही परमाणुओं की ताकत को समझना चाहते हैं।

ये वैज्ञानिक इतिहास में अब तक का सबसे खर्चीला प्रयोग कर रहे हैं। हजारों साल में पहली बार उन्होंने एक ऐसी मशीन तैयार कर ली है जो इस धरती की सबसे बड़ी मशीन है। इसके इस्तेमाल में जरा सी गड़बड़ी इस धरती को नेस्तनाबूद करने के लिए काफी होगी। तबाही की इस मशीन का नाम है लार्ज हैड्रॉन कोलाइडर यानी LHC।

तबाही की ये मशीन कई साल पहले स्विट्जरलैंड की राजधानी जेनेवा की सीमा पर लगाई गई थी। 31 हजार करोड़ रुपये की लागत वाली ये मशीन स्विस और फ्रैंच सरकार के सहयोग से बनाई गई है।

इस तबाही की मशीन को ये वैज्ञानिक पहली बार बुधवार को चलाएंगे। हालांकि इस मशीन को तो इसलिए चलाया जा रहा है कि ब्रह्मांड की पैदाइश के पीछे छिपे राज जान सकें लेकिन यही मशीन अब उसके खात्मे की मशीन भी बन सकती है।

मशीन चलाने के खिलाफ सारी दुनिया के मानवाधिकार संगठन और खुद वैज्ञानिक विरोध कर रहे हैं। कहा जा रहा है कि LHC चलाने और उसमें जरा सी भी चूक वो हालात पैदा कर देगी, जो इस ब्रह्मांड और पृथ्वी के बनने के वक्त थे। यानी धरती आग के एक गोले में बदल जाएगी। चांद और सितारे एक ब्लैक होल में फना हो जाएंगे।

LHC मशीन को चलाने से पहला खतरा है कि कहीं विस्फोट हो सकता है या फिर धरती पर एक खतरनाक चेन रिएक्शन शुरू हो जाएगी। अगर विस्फोट हुआ तो धरती पर एक ब्लैक होल पैदा करेगा जो पूरी धरती को लील जाएगा।

जबकि दूसरा खतरा अगर चेन रिएक्शन शुरू हुई तो परमाणुओं में क़ड़ी दर कड़ी होने वाली प्रतिक्रिया इतनी तेज होगी कि धरती तो खत्म हो ही जाएगी। ये रिएक्शन पूरे के पूरे ब्रह्मांड को उसी तरह फाड़ देगा जैसे एक गुब्बारे में सुई चुभाने से गुब्बारा फट जाता है।

तबाही का आलम ये होगा कि अचानक भयानक तीव्रता वाले भूकंप शुरू हो जाएंगे। समुद्र में बड़े बड़े सुनामी उठेंगे। इसके बाद जमीन का फटना शुरू होगा। जमीन से खौलता हुआ लावा बाहर आएगा और समुद्रों का पानी उबलने लगेगा। धरती की मिट्टी, पानी, पहाड़, जंगल, जिंदगी सब कुछ एक अजीबोगरीब ताकत के आगे भरभराकर गिर जाएंगे और अंतरिक्ष से दिखने वाली हमारी नीली धरती धीरे-धीरे फना हो जाएगी।

जर्मन वैज्ञानिक ऑटो रॉजलर के नेतृत्व में वैज्ञानिकों ने यूरोपियन यूनियन से दरख्वास्त कर इस मशीन को बंद करने की मांग की है। वैसे ये खतरा अब एकदम सिर पर खड़ा है लेकिन एक सच है कि मशीन बनाने वाले वैज्ञानिकों ने अभी भी इस खतरे की बात को गंभीरता से नहीं लिया है।

वैज्ञानिकों की मानें तो इस मशीन को इसलिए लगाया जा रहा है ताकि इससे पता लगेगा कि ब्रह्मांड का ज्यादातर हिस्सा किस पदार्थ से बना है। मसलन हमारे आसपास मौजूद चीजें जैसे, अणु, पानी के कण, कार्बन, आयरन, और ऑक्सीजन ने कैसे हमारी धरती, दूसरे ग्रह, चांद, सूरज और सितारों का निर्माण किया।

वैज्ञानिकों का ये भी दावा है कि हमारी आकाशगंगा के हर इंच में कई ऐसे अदृश्य पदार्थ हैं जिनके बारे में वो अब तक नहीं जान पाए हैं। जैसे उस गुरुत्वाकर्षण का राज क्या है जो आकाश गंगा की रफ्तार तय करता है।

रिसर्च में लगे वैज्ञानिकों को उम्मीद है कि लार्ज हैड्रॉन कोलाइडर ऐसे अनगिनत राज पर रोशनी डालेगी जो करोड़ों साल से अंधेरे कुएं में दफन हैं। अब तक वैज्ञानिकों को ये पता नहीं चला था कि आखिर वो क्या चीज है जो किसी साधारण से पदार्थ को वजन देती है। ये मशीन इस राज पर से भी पर्दा उठाने की कोशिश करेगी। मगर सवाल उठता है कि ये प्रयोग किस कीमत पर हो रहा है। कहीं ऐसा तो नहीं कि सृष्टि के राज जानने की कोशिश में मानव जाति को खतरे की तरफ धकेल दिया गया है।
