Is this ethical ?

Is this ethical to keep a person without salary for 2 months 9 days after unlawful termination?
Is this a corporate practice to keep employees without salary for 6 months 9 days?
Isn’t this inhuman to keep on hold the full and final settlement of an employee after 1 month 11 days of his handing over?

I could not find any answer for these but Global Automobiles Ltd.- Kolkata , a company under Xenitis Group of Companies is doing the same …………….

Lonely Nights

They are dark

And long,

Longer - becoming day by day

My nights-

All these lonely nights

Though she sleeps beside

Quite and somehow innocent

Unknowingly or deliberate

She keeps sleeping all the night.

They are dark

And long,

Though we strolled for the decade

Though we crashed, every

On the bed

Though we loved each

Barely and naked

Though she stormed me on every night

She keeps quite.

She keeps quite for past few days

She kept quite for weeks or so

She is keeping quite for months on a row.

My nights becoming dark

Thick and grave

Eyes opened, Legs scattered aside

Fingers pointing those Half-Moons

Somewhere resting on her chest

Or trodden beside

Heart beat goes fast

Breathing- lows and lowers

I roll on the bed

I keep turning through the night

But she keeps sleeping quite.
