Though I am not a regular viewer of idiot box, but I do watch some music
channels and surf channels once in a while. Today while surfing channel
I stumbled upon a program called ‘Emotional Atyaachaar’ .. another reality show.
A girl was
watching his fiance falling for a girl ‘under cover agent’ on mission
to expose infidelity of that guy. That under cover agent, a nymphet
dressed in very provocative dress, clinging to that unsuspecting guy..
making sure that the guy is all set up to cross the limit.. in next 30
minutes I watched a zillion emotions playing on that girl’s face..
watching her fiance betraying her faith and ignoring a ten year long
relationship.. at the end of the episode .. the girl broke down and a
relationship ended. The guy was being tested by his own sister
and her girlfriend… Several questions came to my mind but nothing
more baffling than this one.. How low can we go to get ourselves in
limelight.. and how voyeuristic have we become? It is nauseating.
On
other front, I really hate that guy who fell for that girl ignoring a
ten year relationship and somebody’s emotions. It hurts and it hurts
badly. I could empathize with the girl.
