Spirituality
is not confined to any religion. It is more than religion. We (Nandita
& Iveenia) have started a new site “Spiritual Awakenings” which
will focus on how spirituality can increase health, awareness, inner
peace, and more. True spirituality allows us to transcend this life and
discover that this life is only a tiny portion of existence. We would
like to focus on what spirituality is, myths and truths about
spirituality, how any religion followed in the right procedure your
health and mind can benefit from it.

Every good thought, every
good word, every good emotion, and every act of kindness are lifting
the vibration of your being to new levels. And as you begin to rise
your vibration, a new life and a new world will reveal itself to you.
The positive vibration of your energy emanates as if you throw a stone
in calm water, touching our planet and every living thing on it. As you
rise higher, you take the world with you.

The purpose of this
site is to educate, inspire, uplift, share experiences and give you
tools and resources to discover your destiny and create your legacy and
in the process we gain more knowledge in return - i.e. the teacher =
always the student, too. It is about being passionate about life and
getting the most of ourselves - i.e. out of our lives.
