Jealous Husband

A jealous husband hired a private detective to check on the movements of his wife. The husband wanted more than a written report; he wanted video of his wife’s activities.

A week later, the detective returned with a video. They sat down together to watch it. Although the quality was less than professional, the man saw his wife meeting another man! He saw the two of them laughing in the park. He saw them enjoying themselves at an outdoor cafe. He saw them dancing in a dimly lit nightclub. He saw the man and his wife participate in a dozen activities with utter glee.

“I just can’t believe this,” the distraught husband said.

The detective said, “What’s not to believe? It’s right up there on the screen!”

The husband replied, “I can’t believe that my wife could be so much fun!”

Mutual trust is the basis for not only marriage - any relationship. Spouses should be frank enough to express their likes and dislikes and
bring about desirable changes within themselves and their life partner. If the changes to be made are too many, it is better they part off. On this count , the western culture of parting off as friends is far better than the Indian Culture of perpetuating a nasty relationship with a lot of self deceit. There should be a whole new relook as to how much freedom our yougsters enjoy when they select their life partner whether it is arranged or love marriage. Indian culture of lasting marriages is definitely superior when you consider the plight of children, But we should find ways of striking meaningful alliances with the right mix of romance, status, security , common values and ofcourse love. Anyway it’’s a good post.

we tend to take our partners for granted and so our romance dies.

It’’s natural…. Pleasure is nothing but stimuli as per set of inputs. It gets into saturation in due course unless the couple are aware of the art of dosages and structured discipline in life….
