Is Gilli guilty of Glove-tampering ???

Okay guys, Aussies have won 3-in-a-row! This is probably going to remain unbeaten, easily for the next 30 years, if not more.
They won, because of one player. Now, did he do anything unfair ??

As the above story says, in his own admittance, he used a part of a squash ball in his glove. Was Gilli guilty of ‘cheating’ in this case ?
Dont know what you want to call it, but one thing for sure, had the same been done by a batsmen from the sub-continent and Aus were at the receiving end, there would have been so much uproar that they would have dis-barred the batsmen and the ICC (read the MoFu speed) would have gone to the extent of banning that player for life!
Its almost like ball-tampering right? Just that it is glove-tampering in that Gilli ended up ‘artificially’ altering the conditions to gain an unfair advantage.
But then, you cant claim that all batsmen can bat with a squash ball in their gloves! Our guys bat with their ‘ball’ in their gloves - thats for a different thread anyways.

Any thought anyone ?
