This is not a common name so I am always asked for its meaning . But I have my own definition/meaning for it.

Actually my parents named me priyanshu .this word  is full of romance  it is driven by the word priyansh. it means priya +ka+ansh means part of love(r) or dear one . for my mother's point of view I am part of her love i.e. part of my dad . n for my father's point of view I am part of his love means part of my mom.. so from both's point of view I m part of his/her love so I am

Though by my theory every child in the world is priyansh ., it is not that common ..so strange .

But I must say its wordly meaning is moon .
